Nice job! I really want one of these machines. Are they good? I’ve been asked to quote blocks of flats gutter cleaning. 2/3floors high.200 meters. Any advice on what to charge a meter. Thanks guys
Hi mark, thanks for the useful videos,I'm thinking of greeting a gutter vac but not sure which one and where to buy? Where did you get yours? Many thanks
Hi Mark, i was thinking of getting one of these to just do gutters over the winter time, would this be a good idea? how many homes can u do in a day?hav u had any problems? Thanks
Mark Munro thanks for ur reply, just 2 last question, do u use this all year round or is it busiest over the winter? hav u had to do much advertising to promote it?
it is all round job but you do get more work this time of year when the leaves fill the guttering ,I don't really do anymore advertising and don't really push it
I don't charge by the meter I do it by the job if it looks hard say over a conny roof or round the back of some ones house where you cant get a ladder I charge lots more I hope that helps
+michael pallotto - a meter is an instrument for measuring and sometimes recording the amount of something, if you waffle on about meters then expect to be questioned about meters
re; the intro - you're cleaning a fucking gutter, not defusing a nuke in space.
Great, thanks i should have got one ages ago especialy in this weather
Hi Mark,

it seems to work well. what make of machine as you using and how many watts is it?. cheers
You have now made me want one :)
What height would you say your gutter vac is capable of handling too?
Hi Mark thanks for the video, if you don't mind me asking what is the average going rate for three bed semi detached, or per metre
I would charge between £3-5 a meter depends on the height and access etc but I often just look at the job and charge it according
how are you liking the gutter vac?
I am not a expert but I would say get the most powerful one you can afford most people I have spoke to since I got mine recommend a min of 3000 watts
numatic wvd 570 2400 watts twin flo
hi mark what if the gutter has a large bit of weed / grass what do you do then
+mazman man A gutter vac does not clean the guttering 100% you still have to get the ladder out especial downpipes

It is well worth getting one and so much safer I could not say how many you could do a day as each job is different

Hi Mark, do you use a generator or use customers electric ? Cheers Tony
I use the customers electric they have not moaned yet lol
I don't charge by the meter I do it by the job if it looks hard say over a conny roof or round the back of some ones house where you cant get a ladder I charge lots more I hope that helps
You clean meters as well ? Gas or parking ?
I have never been asked to clean gas or parking meters before
Then why talk about meters, perhaps you clean electric meters
+Chris Conlon i am pretty sure he meant that he does not charge "by the meter" as in the length of the gutter.
