- I have been training since the past 3 years, and after trying soo many exercises i have found the best workout split and exercises for myself that gives me the most insane mind muscle connection and the best pump.
I follow a Push/pull/legs split and because of it i can train my each muscle twice a week which is ideal for a Natural Lifter, so in this video I will be sharing my Pull Workout with you in which i will be explaining my routine in Detail.

1 arm dumbell row kar lo or barbell row ya both
Dumbell pullover
Reverse fly rear delt ke liye dumbell se ho jayega
Then biceps curls sabke 3to 5 sets karo apne time ke hisaab se you can also add shrugs agar time hai aur agar latakane ke liye kich rod wod lagi hai you can do pull ups and also add hammer curl 3 set.

10 repitations= 1 set, like this you have to perform 3 sets of 10 repitations with rest in between

Deadlifts are not for growing back
It is an compound movement which increases strength

Secondly the tips you are giving to people that you must keep your range of motion to full extent but on the other hand you are not applying it on yourself as your pullups were half reps. So apply on yourself before then convey it to people
