    I picked one up at your recommendation, and I’ve been quite pleased. Mine is is the two piece version and it’s ridiculously versatile.

      @@kongkos3079 This looks smaller and more portable than rings (when the volume and amount you are able to carry is very limited)...

    Nossk does sell a big door anchor separately if one has a door with a bigger than normal gap at top, it's $9.99 I believe. Most doors will be fine with the built in door anchor.
    The ability to just throw it over a branch or swingset or truss or beam without threading a buckle or clipping to a strap or such is nice, it's a nice feature.
    If within reach it can be set up in parallel as opposed to v shaped as video showed.
    In some ways I'd prefer it to the Twin model.
    I don't own one, I have a rope based Prusik knot type that has a lot of the same advantages.
    That type is overlooked too.
    Good review!

    After watching another of your videos, I purchased the Twin Nossk and think it's a great value. Better than TRX (I don't have a TRX but from videos I've seen) and at a fraction of the price.

    Hey Matt, Are exercises like squats,lunges,bridge progressions, and hip extension exercises the best way to strengthen and build up your glutes using bodyweight exercises or are their better exercises to strengthen and build up your glutes. Mine are lagging behind. Excuse the pun lol

    Hello, I bought the micro workout ebook and I found it really interesting. I got the broad idea how to plan my workout, but I was unsure about progression. Did I miss it or perhaps could you elaborate it to me, please? I'd like to know how to challenge a chain, if after I while as happened often to me, the exercise I do don't have the same stimulus on the muscle.

      What a great question!
      progression with MW is no different than any other workout where you can either progress, intensity, duration or proficiency of what you're doing.
      This really deserves its own video so I'll make one up asap!

    Hey Matt, when doing close squats on a box(because I I don't have enough mobility in my hips yet to do full close squats) should you roll your pelvis forward on the way up or keep your weight back? If you keep your weight back what is a good cue to keep your weight back? Thank you for all you do

    • @RedDeltaProject
      @RedDeltaProject  3 года назад +1

      Its good to drive the hips forward, sort of like if your'e doing a KB swing. The hips are a key point in the squat to make as much use of them as possible.

    I’ve got the rope version and the downside is the single anchor point and when doing some exercises the rope rubs against my arms. Is it worth upgrading?
    (I’ve also done the same with the double cinch to create a double anchor.)

    • @RedDeltaProject
      @RedDeltaProject  3 года назад +3

      The rob is mostly due to technique, as you may not be packing your shoulders enough and bringing your elbows in tight. Yes, this can be more comfortable, but overall, you should have minimal contact with the straps on your arm. Touching sure, but not much pressure.

      Either, but I find myself using NOSSK straps much more these days just because I like the lay-flat straps. once you use those, it's hard to use anything else.
