    what is the type of the sensor that was mounted on rotor and what is its function

    • @eliasnicolasgalfre4337
      @eliasnicolasgalfre4337 6 месяцев назад

      It's a pt100 or a thermocouple maybe. They are used to measure temperature.

    • @Novarotors
      @Novarotors  2 месяца назад

      The sensor mounted on the rotor is a Pt100 probe. This type of sensor is used to detect the temperature between the stator and the rotor. In the absence of fluid, the friction between the parts generates heat. If this heat becomes excessive, the Pt100 probe detects a high temperature. When connected to a temperature controller and the motor, the probe allows the pump to stop within a few seconds to prevent damage from overheating.
      So, the primary function of the Pt100 probe is to monitor the temperature and prevent overheating by stopping the pump in case of anomalies.

    There is no sound.

      There is no sound because the background noise was removed, and adding music didn't make sense since it's a simple assembly video.

      Sí, efectivamente, durante el montaje el operario derramó un poco de aceite porque quería asegurarse de haber llenado bien el manguito con el aceite y no prestó atención al hecho de que lo estaba derramando.
