I had the great pleasure of seeing Justin in a small acoustic set in Austin, TX last month. Just like this performance, I was blown away. He wasn't even mic'd up at the performance and his voice sounded just as golden as it does here. Hearing his stories made the show even better, so glad to see he has found a way to be happy in this difficult world.

I was on a very destructive path myself, but my husband showed me that I am worth so much more than I realized. 18 years on and he is still my very best friend and beloved. :) Blue October will always hold a special place in my heart, I listen to Into the Ocean nightly in my sleep mix. @@13_faces Crazy. Seeing how he's changed in both his musical style as well as his whole demeanor means so much more to me. I saw him in concert two months ago and the way he performs all of his music has completely changed. Better or worse is completely subjective from person to person, but I think he's perfected his craft. The way he separates the words feels like he's creating more impact behind them. Just my thoughts though :)
