I really try to like this game, as I love the Pikmin series, but Pikmin 2 is easily my least favorite in the franchise.
Caves are boring, long, random and really unfair.
The new Pikmin are useful, but are given too sparingly without grinding, which is boring.
The lack of new levels is a let down and a deal breaker for me.
I really wonder what I was missing that made others love it so much. Their love got me way too overhyped, and I found it a bit of a disappointment.
