I thank you for this video Mrs. H! I did improperly mix it on my first time and did burn up some lettuce, but learned my lesson and I just shared this out so that others will know that there is a right way and a wrong way to go about it, and hopefully prevent anyone else from losing any crops. Blessings and greetings from Chicagoland. 🙋🏽‍♀️

Honey , I always add my water them my addedtive. Them it doesn't foam on you. I know it stinks. I last fall caught a couple of nice cat fish, i put the head, guts, and bones in a bucket. Filled it with water. Added a lid. And let it sit in the sun. This is to cut cost and make my own. Lol. Now I'm afraid to open it.

I believe you all and I take full responsibility for what happened when I used it. Apparently I have reached the age where I can’t read instructions and then go implement them WITHOUT taking the bottle with me and constantly referring to it. I couldn’t tell you right now how much are used, but how much ever it was, they were burned to a crisp; there was nothing green left on the sticks that were sticking out of the garden bed. I came back two days later to rip them up to replant new ones and saw a touch of green on each of them. Out of curiosity, I wanted to see what they would do. That was a month ago… Today, they are larger than any of the other tomatoes I bought to replace them. They are filled out fully and shades greener than any other plant in my yard. Will they produce? I don’t know. They’re so bushy that I knew I needed to de-sucker them, BUT…there ARE no suckers. I’m glad I have pictures to show people that I know, because it’s really hard to picture. Anybody who thinks that fish emulsion is bogus or a placebo or something… I’m here to tell you that I am sure it’s a wonderful product…as with most things, only in the right hands. LOL

And if you really want to kick it up a notch add some liquid kelp fertilizer or liquid seaweed fertilizer to the mix. It helps with trace elements, amino acids, enzymes, carbohydrates and fully chelated readily available micro-nutrients which helps to boost the plants vitality. It also helps to stimulate plant growth and produce sweeter fruits. Its organic and all you add to a gallon of water is 2-5 ml for small plants and 5-10 ml for larger plants. GOOD stuff!

I don't think that they are hard to raise . Another source of meat . What you loose in corn you gain in wrabbit . You are so fortunate to be able to do all that you do . I planted some tomato plants one year. After a few days, I watered the ground around the plants using fish food fertilizer. The next day all the plants were disturbed. Some rodent, I think it was a squirrel? Had dug all the plants up. I am sure they were looking for fish under the soil. I replanted the plants and placed a fence around them. I was afraid to continue using the fish fertilizer, thinking the rodents would continue to unroot the plants looking for something under the soil.

You might not have just a rabbit problem if they're being snipped off at the ground, but it could be a gopher problem. They don't leave "mounds" like moles so you don't always know they're there. We use those things that put out a high-pitched sound that drives critters crazy, and it works!! They're also solar-powered, too.
