Gratitude is really a multiplier.
After suffering some days from anxiety and not being able to practice gratitude because anxiety is blockade for gratitude and other positive emotions, I used the welcoming practice and gratitude was so much easier.
Not only I was happy, I was already content with what I already have in my life.
So that’s why I was ready to receive more.
Guys and girls….use the welcoming practice to welcome everything negative and use gratitude to be content!

Hi Rhonda. I just read the secret and I've been thinking quite a lot about how to go about my creative process, especially after reading the excerpt from The Secret to Relationships by Marie Diamond in which she talks about that one art director who paints.
So, I'm a poet and songwriter, and I love writing about every single emotion. I've written about negative as well as positive emotions. I also write a lot from the point of view of other people. But now after reading this, I wonder if I should stop writing about negative emotions altogether, but I wouldn't really want to stop, cause everything that I write makes me feel so happy and content. Even the negative things. Even when I would write about negative things in my life previously, it would just help me feel so much more better. It's kind of like an outlet for me. Now usually, if I watch a movie, later I would write something down from the perspective of that character. Negative or Positive. But then again, is writing about negative emotions going to affect my life negatively? I'm really confused and if you're still reading then Thankyou so much and I'm so grateful to you.
The law of attraction is always working. Full Stop! You cannot turn it off while you do something and then turn it back on. It is on all the time. So whatever you are doing the law of attraction is working. It is working from the energy created from your thoughts, feelings, and beliefs. So what goes out, it is being attracted back to you. The law doesn't fail just as gravity doesn't fail.

You are grateful for the job you have and that is perfect. Keep feeling gratitude for what you have, then you are not resisting was is.
Hi Rhonda. I read and watched The Secret and I've been thinking a lot. As you see, a lot of times, people believe they need to put in action in order to manifest their desires. But do you think that it is a limiting belief? Do you think some sort of action is necessary? Or is it, that when you make your desire your predominant thought, your body compels you to take action and it is extremely effortless, as you've mentioned previously in your book. So, is it a limiting belief or is inspired action really important as well? Thankyou so much.
When you believe your desire is already yours, then any action you do will be effortless.

" Be grateful for all that you have " means be grateful for all that you have received or achieved right??
It means to be grateful for everything. All of it! What you have received and what you have achieved. Everything in your life!
I rhonda..what is power of now ...sometimes for manifesting things...I doubt that I m giving resistance to it ..what to do that manifestation don't come in resistance
The power of now means staying present and not letting your mind jump into the future or go back in the past. The past is gone and your future can be whatever you want it to be.
Also what you resist, persist. So if you are worrying about something you are going to bring more experiences so that you feel the emotion of worry. Use gratitde and be grateful for what you have now and that will bring more experiences in your future for you to feel that gratitude.

Plz clear my doubt....If a person hates money because it comes to him in so much quantity that he is not able to handle it...he does not hate lack of money but he actually hates abundance then will he attract it or repel it....as law of ATTRACTION says you get what you think about.....so here he is thinking about abundance but with negetive vibration...will he attract it or not????
The law of attraction is working with your thoughts, feelings and beliefs. It matches the energy created from those emotions so if the energy is negative then you are attracting that same energy back to you. You will have experiences to bring those same emotions back to you whether they are positive or negative. What you resist persists.
