    Don't beat yourself up so much you have to remember you have been through a traumatic situation, Believe me that takes time even though it's been many years for me it's a rough time people try to help but it just don't help for some reason. I agree with you I'm alot older than you and I keep saying the same thing. I believe you will find what you are looking for and he will be the right person for you 🎉 also it wasn't you or anything you did wrong it was HIM you need to say that to yourself It was HIM and his loss

      @@marykerwin1048 thank you Mary ! I am so sorry you felt and had to deal with something like this. It’s such a horrible feeling to know that all the love you had for someone was in fact a lie . Good grief . I will keep saying it was HIM not me , his loss 😊

    In the evening I have been having a piece of fruit and 1 good cookie. Our supermarkets make good homemade like cookies. Knowing I can have 1 only helps with sweet cravings. Freeze the rest.

    Keto is the only thing that helped me lose 40lbs. I'm off my BP meds and my Hashimotos is in remission.
    It truly really works!

      @@Elizabeth-ke3ti keto is to harsh on my kidneys. I know it works so well for many people. Family members have had a lot of success

    I know u are discouraged but try to find something to be positive every day. I know u can get back on track. One meal at a time. Pack snacks for work so u are not tempted to eat the junk food. Be strong Kim ❤
