You nailed it when you said its all about the function. Exotics are all about finding that niche and working with the exotic's abilities.
For once I agree with Patrick. This gun is situational. I wouldnt run around in open world. Its a door stopper/crowd mow down. However I would be more tanky. Because you need to reload in front of a group of NPCs. And since youre so close to them, might as well use intimidate and the fire wall shield
People were doing the chatterbox oxi rpm trick for the Summit speed farming, before it got patched lol.

It's always been my go-to gun for speedruns in hard and challenge mode. Never having to reload is the best. It's even better then the Lady Death. Add a Striker shield and the Hunters Fury set and blast thru all mission within the timer.
The global event going on helps too

Going to make a build with it, slept on iconic OG exotic, people slating it don't know how to use it .

Tip: I know it defeats the purpose of this Chatterbox build but try and use this exact same build with the St Elmo's Engine (and a Grupo chest) for mid- to long range fights. Give it a try. I promise you won't be disappointed! (adapt CHC and CHD stats accordingly) ;-)
After extensive testing i found the St Elmo's AR vastly superior in this build. For some reason, Chatterbox and Striker set are really not a match made in heaven.
On the other hand, try the Chatterbox with Hunters fury, Memento BP, GS chest with Obliterate, and a Striker shield. You will blast trhu any content at crazy speed (except legendary of course). ;-)
It get's added to the loot pool once you get it for the first time, same as the exotic D50. It's fun for GE speedruns, but I prefer other setups for legendries etc....
Chatter box is The best BC You can keep max stacks. Matter fact. Been this way since th beging of the game if you reload all you have to do is meele 2/3 o the reload bar before full and will always have max stacks.....
I like the unwavering talent on a vector better. Unfortunately they don't let you use it on both primary and secondary, cause that would be the best speed run setup possible.

Shit, I guess I'll check this out, see if it works with a Turret/Drone skill build. Might not provide more raw damage than the Capacitor, but if it makes my Skills attack faster, then... shit, I might do a solo Legendary with it.
What chest talent are you using?
I have the OB the chatterbox is nothing compared to that gun
What is the counter that appears next to the weapon when aiming?
Its the amount of enemies in the 15m radius

Killing a enemy can increase the rate of fire? Or only the reload
What I do is keep one bullet out the chamber and when I get into combat I will get close and reload to get my max rpm
@@AZ-dj1ni only on reload, ideally you want to do a reload when theres more than 2 enemies close and try to kill at least one enemy with the magazine, other wise you will have to reload and if theres no one around youll lose all buffs

When I said "kill with the buffed magazine" is because on kill you gain half of you ammo!
The Chatter box is mediocre at best.
