sadly,in none of my interviews I am being asked about my interests or being given a chance to talk about them.I feel i could bring the best version of muself through them but none of my MBA inteviews are going that way
Talking about interests is an added advantage, we need to be ready with the basics first...And even if they don't ask you explicitly, you can talk about your achievements while answering other questions like work experience, tell me about yourself, behavioural questions...not every interview will go according to your way. Just be over prepared
