After a long watching session about a year almost, this video forced me to write somthing, to share something about my boyhood. My mom was a teacher and she used to cook very well, very well means outstanding. That time I thought one day my mom will be not in earth then who will feed me all those delicacies. I strated watching my mom very carefully, how she cook, how she cut, which spice came first and what is the finishing touch and many more. I also told my mom to teach me all her recipes and hidden tricks so that I can cook later on. I am not a chef not a professional cook but I love to cook and see cooking shows. How professionals do the job, how they present and how fast they can finish the job. You made my day taking your mom in your show, really thanks to you. Pranam to Aunty ji .
