Nothing like a good old LE and Mono day, a cracking location. I'd have thought that rock at the end and the head as a panorama! :-) As for the rocs on the head, up in the Northern tip of Scotland and the West side of Orkney there are similar rocks on top of cliffs which are the result of a giant Atlantic storm in 1862, maybe your West coast had the same!
