Amazing video! do u have to pay for the Spa?
No! It was included in our stay. The only thing you would have to pay for would be the extra services like massages etc.
My fiancé and I will be there in December. Same hotel too! How did you guys pay for things? Did you have to convert your cash or do they take your credit cards? Thanks
That’s awesome you’ll have an amazing time especially in December! I was able to use my credit card. Many places in Switzerland take visa but I would say many don’t take American Express if that is where you are from. 😊
This interesting hotel is created and owned by Heinz Julen, who grew up in Zermatt and happens to be a well-known artist in Switzerland. Much of the art in the hotel is created by him, like all of the artistic lamps and lounge chairs and and probably most of the framed art. Next to the hotel there’s a Heinz Julen art gallery shop.
