This one's perfect for solo living! I'd make the loft a home office to have a separate space for work. The mint green was a nice touch to liven the mood. Nice design! 🥰

Great design. Well done. Great layout and good colour choice. I wish the UK built these types of homes. Ideal if you are just starting out or downsizing. The only two things I would suggest for consideration are the option to convert a downstairs cupboard into a lift which would open up the opportunity of buying a house if you have mobility issues or they occur later down the line. And secondly to always have a least a toilet on the upper floor. These are just general suggestions.
