I went back on keto because I have been eating so poorly. When I feel snack ish I want to eat fried fish skins or chicken or pork cracklings. What an amazing opportunity for appetizers or garnish. Not trying to turn DMFD's comment section into a fitness page but I recommend doing doing one meal a day or something similar. While cutting calories by getting rid of carbs via keto is a helpful weight loss tool but you will probably need to do keto for the significant future, as if you go back to eating your normal amount of carbs post keto your body will be way more insulin sensitive leading to you putting more weight back on. Good luck!

Thank you for tasty Tuesday and family values our family did Sunday dinners after church! I'm a retired fire fighter and rescue it took a toll on my body mind and soul I starred shutting my family out and wonder what was wrong with me it took nearly loosing my wife and and putting my pistol to my head but I sat in my truck or yard swing and prayed everyday to help me figure out what was going on well my wife started college and she was able through her classes diagnose my symptoms not realizing I had developed PTSD from things I had seen during fire rescue! Now today I working well I'm the president on the board for a drop in center for mental health and addictions ! I just had back surgery and was able to go fishing for the first time in 12 years and looking forward for white tail hunting ! Some day my goal is to do alittle hog hunt down south Texas or some where thank you so much for this video touch home! And when you said your blessing I took my hat off and prayed with you and Sarah and the girls! Now family is everything to me I now have our first Biological boy in the family and a wonderful grand daughter Go bless you all and much love to you all!
