It sely sounds like they need a remedy to escape from the so called toxic life of a kpop idol (scandal, etc). I feel so heartbroken listening to that line and i even get goodebumps as well
so apparently I was also having a bad day, in the car while it's raining and found this in my recommendation and now someone's cutting onions 7 month later edit: Wow, I didn’t know that I’ll get 100+ likes. Thank you for those, I wasn’t expecting them! I had another bad day again and this time it was 3 of my friends, specifically one of them is really special to me, they laughed at a mistake I made and then I cried because it was going out of hand. Then this video came back so here I am but this time this song hits differently because I feel like the lyrics are almost from his perspective but the crying in the car is me.

This is actually so funny really, I just got home from a long stressful day and was like "let's listen to Jamais Vu" and saw this in my YT recommendations and busted out laughing what perfect timing
What you pointed out in the description i spot on! The lyrics are like a gaming au do. Also some of the Korean words "iIjjeumeseo" sounds like a literal pronunciation of jamais vu, among other wordplays between the two languages. In each chorus, the word remedy is pronounced differently. The song just hits home because I'm dealing with exactly what the song conveys. Trying to fix a relationship tainted with your own mistakes, that hurts you as much as it does the other person. +jin's crystalline vocals and jhope's lofi rap in the end????
right before the last chorus during the bridge i remembered when two years ago i was on call w my ex and i asked him if it was okay if i sang some songs, at one point i was singing taeyeon’s “Fire” and it went “i feel so alone~” and when it ended he said “you’re not alone” and it hit me that i am alone and far from the one person i loved the most and that it felt like a “jamais vu” at this point bc i don’t remember what it felt like having that support and constant love

I was very happy and got to attend their Concert. Even though I don’t call myself an army anymore I will still support those boys for life. hey there! this is quite a late reply but i'm sure everything worked out just fine with your exam results !! if you don't think it did, try not to be so hard on yourself. trust me, how we do in school doesn't determine how we do in life. you have a whole world outside of it filled with many future opportunities to grow and improve anyway : ) remember that we tend to be our greatest critics so sometimes it can be hard for us to be our #1 fans in a world where certain ppl and things make it hard for us to believe in ourselves. what matters is that we try and we keep on running. practice focusing on the miles you've accomplished without comparing how far you've ran compared to others, and you will do just fine ♡
