Rajiv, Your point that business owner should communicate over is not right. Over communication is nothing but not giving chance to opponent express his thought and idea.
Your points are very good and the expression. But, what is the necessary to use the Hindi words, on your own convenience. Speak fully in English, which will cover the audience like me.
Try to give examples of your clients story. It will be engaging and interesting.

I'm a bit disappointed that your Team is messing around with my friend (name sent on email), making her feel like an idiot, not the best way to continue your program that costs 2 lakhs. Your deal was some 19 k pm. Your companys' deal with Bajaj Finance has nothing to do with people signing up, right? Could you please look into this, without your team sending a video where visuals are out of sync with your dialogue, Bajaj Finance is written in light blue like the background, where it blends in (especially after 3 days of your 5k program, and numerology is used (the number 9 of Mars - action) is used.
These subtle spiritual, psychological, quantum devices are all well, however the basic truth is, if a student enters your class, all upset and feeling cheated, and you know about it, it does not reflect well on you as a teacher or trainer. I hope you will do something about this today, because payments start 1st August, and I have warned her about these financial companies ruthlessness.
