- Heavy attack Glaive prime build that can reach 12x combo in one throw. I use 2 dexterity arcanes on my guns so that I can counter the negative combo duration from true punishment. It's not practical since 2 mod slots are wasted on building combo and it's a huge waste of time to wait for the combo to build up. This build is worse than just modding for initial combo which can be detonated multiple times at a faster rate for better dps.
Ty for the showcase I've been wondering how the mod works. It is probably great for one hit disruption bosses imo.
idk how good it’ll be. I’ve tried it in steel path and it’s difficult to hit enough enemies to reach a high combo. A riven might also be needed to fit a faction mod or maybe a roar subsume. I’d love to know how it does though if you’re still going to tweak the build and try it.
@@gintach yeah, it takes 2 mod slots which isnt good. needs more tests imo too

Cool. Doesn’t know before how this mod works. Now I can save this for when Vibranium Path come out and x2 combo glaive can’t one-shot the mobs.

While two mods would be used up, there are frames that drastically benefit from the quick charging of melee combo counter. Two examples that come to mind are the Excalibur and Valkyr where you can use that combo counter to boost the gladiator mods' critical chance given to the exalted weapons, use it as a pseudo stat stick.
You can also potentially use it alongside with gara so that you can build the combo counter for the shattered lash quickly as one gara builds up her damage, everything gets one shot when you get close so you oftentimes are unable to rebuild the combo counter easily, though two mods might affect and drop the overall DPS, but could be a reasonable exchange for some folks.
QoL mods are always fun to see in people’s builds

it would be awful on gara since u waste 2mods for her statstick damage
@@tarpai5221 I did test it and you're kind of right. If it was only 2 mods, it was not as bad, but you need 3 mods (increased blast radius) and still it less consistent and does not last long. Plus Ceramic Dagger Incarnon nuff said.

Tried this exact thing when i first saw that mod gathering dust, and its really neat, though I used one extra slot to add bounces to it xD
like am i the only one that looks straight down instead of looking straight up when i want/need Hight with bullet jumping??

@Goldy01 like my mind set is I bullet jump off so looking down is like the bending of the knee part before the jump idk just what I did with out thinking
No, I actually look down as well for bullet jumping. It benefits that I can easily aim at folks on the ground when I am up in the air. If I am going for a ledge, I tend to look toward where I want to go, but when I am jumping to aim for headshots, I look down to bullet jump.

I dont really see the point in using it this way, my setup right now can do what the 12x charge did but on every throw

but the thing about glaive is how to explode it so it will guaranteed slash

That seems more usefui than it is. Even CHG at 200 with die in like 3 ticks on the regular build so ... why bother

@@PrimedGrendel well it is but the 90 cap still applies but if you have a riven with negitive 10 heavy efficency that 100 is added making it 90
