Dr. V.K. Paul, Member, NITI Aayog in an interview with DD News, states that media reports highlighting the excess mortality in 2020 from the study published in the journal 'Science Advances' is misleading.
He adds that the study was poorly conducted, with many facts exaggerated based on only 4 months of survey data.
