    What is the process to start robot again when emergency stop press from controller.

      It's a two steps process: 1) release all emergency buttons and 2) press the 'motors on' button (white button) in controller's front panel.

      Ok, my doubt is whether any parameter has to be reset in the teach pendant after releasing the emergency button and if it has to be done then how to do it.

      @@PantherAlfa , in the event of an e-stop, the controller keeps all system parameter, in order to continue with the routine after restart. If you want to trigger some action at program restart, you can hook a RAPID event routine to the RESTART event. See the reference manual for system parameters.
