Take a look at the @:38 mark. If you open the wheel you can use much more throttle and increase the radius of the turn (7) that leads on to the longest straight in that sequence. The end of the outside curb is a good visual. The car might not get that wide based on style of driving but the reward is huge. This will allow you to use the throttle earlier out of turn 7 and you get to carry that speed all the way to max speed or your next braking zone whichever comes first. If you worry about adding throttle in a turn you can just curl your toes in your shoes and that will increase the pressure on the pedal ever so slightly allowing you to go closer to the edge and still manage any slip.
