It is a real nice deck. When I first seen that deck, it blew my mind. It was something I definitely didn't expect and I have nothing even similar to it.
I had issues with them setting up recurring charges I did not approve. When they phases out their subscription boxes, there were a LOT of people that were mislead into thinking they did not have to take any action if they wanted to finish their current subscription, but not receive the "past items" boxes they were going to be doing. So they gouged us for another $99 (because in most states, they don't have to notify you prior to charging if the renewal is for less than $100). I am sure the complaints and reports generated from that issue has flagged them with your financial institution as possibly fraudulent.
That is some serious issues. I am glad I am protected with my financial institution. It would definitely be disappointing to lose any amount of money. I do believe though they should have communicated better with their customers and definitely notify them when they are taking more of their funds. It's un-telling what the issues are with the company that's caused so many people issues but none of it looks too good.
