U might have over poured it. That's why it might be running. Secondly, yes, u can wait for some time before using a heat gun, but waiting time is dependent upon temperature. In summers, u don't have time margin to wait as resin cures up pretty quickly. However, in winters u do have the time margin to wait and then use gun

Do not mix your hardner and resin too fast. Mix them slowly. This always prevents making of bubbles. Spray the isopropyl alcohol in the glass also and pour in sections. At every section spray the ipa

No dear. Hair dryer is good for creating waves in resin but it won't pop the bubbles. You can use kitchen lighter instead if u don't have gun
