Hi there. I think you may have mentioned this early on in the installation. I was wandering. I’ve got a full screen option for my discovery 4. Will this work for that ? Or is there a simpler way? eg. A kit where you can just add Apple CarPlay ? Also. Does this unit have a built in stand alone GPS? Is the Apple car play wireless or via usb only? If so is it the usb int the centre console ? Can you comment on the sound quality vs original head unit ? Sorry to ask so many questions I understand this is an installation video. I wander if you could point me to a operation of the unit type video? Thanks again

The kit suits all cars with small screen from factory. The dash mounted radio controls and CD are no longer operational. All functions are controlled by the steering wheel controls and new touch screen.

I have Harmon Kardon factory upgrade sound does this replace that or work with it?
It works with it as long as your speaker cables are connected. I think you can even do your amplification on the screen, too.

No, all settings are accessed through the info-adaptor and displayed on the new screen. They are controlled via the steering wheel buttons.
What sort of steering wheel control you got? Is it suitable for Alpine?

My disco has perimeter cameras will this system work with the multi camera system???
not yet, currently only for small screen equiped cars.
