[SW] 9700 kHz - Radio Habana Cuba, unknown tx - unscheduled but well-received in Poland, Jun 28 2024

Since Arnie Coro's death in Feb 2023, Radio Habana Cuba has been rather ailing, with more and more of their transmissions suffering from technical issues (mostly low and/or distorted modulation), or not making it to the air at all. But sometimes... they can still be received just fine, and - as it has always been happening - in unexpected places.
This Radio Habana Cuba transmission in Spanish was heard at 06:11 UTC Friday June 28th, 2024, on 9700 kHz. Not only isn't RHC supposed to be on SW in Spanish at this time (only in English), but they aren't supposed to use 9700 kHz, at least according to the latest schedules available to me. But... perhaps they should, as the signal and modulation quality weren't bad, and I think 9700 kHz could easily serve potential listeners in Europe, either in Spanish or in English.
I've applied quite a lot of noise reduction to this signal, which ate up all background noise, but also articulated sybillants. Fortunately, there was no QRM from other stations.
Received with Airspy HF+ Discovery & ~15x4.5m loop antenna.

Oh, so we might expect more overruns like this from them :) the problem is, Ifrikya FM is listed till 0600z...
