Sprint Training as a Beginner No: 2

  • First day of the actual 3 week training program for sprinting. Right now I use it for Adaptation purpose and will stick to it until getting able to follow it though completely. I used Lance Brauman approach to Noah lyles as a reference. It's always worth to look up to the top tear level, however at the same time I believe in individual approach to training. Anyways, one thing I know that with right science/logic based approach human body can achieve quite fascinating results, it just takes time and consistency!
    Since I'm still adapting, my training capacity for sprinting is low, however it won't stop me from doing it consistently, in a right amount and withing few months improve my results!
