Pocket knife is a gem. From a Canadian who wishes our Thanksgiving were more significant, Happy Thanksgiving to you and all those who make your life meaningful.
Great show today Magdad!! I think my favorite is the adjustable spanner wrench. The last one you presented. That would look awesome with the Magdad and Chuck touch. Have a good Thanksgiving! Thank You for sharing.
Wow great haul, love the bat pencil and the old timer Barlow is great. I wish we had flea markets in our area sounds fun. Happy Thanksgiving 🦃 from up north in British Columbia.
Nice scores! That baseball bat pen is right up my alley as I collected early baseball souvenirs for many years. Judging from the graphics and the design, that's more than likely a 1940's-era bat-bullet pen from the Richmond "Roses" minor league ball club, an affiliate of the Boston Braves. Similar bullet-bat pens date from that time period and were replaced by plastic cases by the early 1950's. Happy Thanksgiving!
The Tool Addict grade adjustable was an amazing find! The golden nugget must be full of gems for those willing to mine their way to the bottom of the boxes! 😊😊😊
You are the Wizard of tool restoration, no wonder that you collect them. Never saw a hand drill with all those adjustments. The Barlow knife was terrific. $250 for that wrench, $8 was just right. Happy Thanksgiving!
Happy Thanksgiving Mr and Mrs Magdad and Chuck! I can't wait to see the old $250 wrench and hand drill cleaned up but i also enjoy watching you you clean a screwdriver!
Nice haul. I love the eggbeater drill. I would have snapped that up. Looks like 1/4in or 5/16in thread for the chuck. If you are not able to fix the present chuck, I have a modern keyless chuck which uses 3/8in thread. Easy to make an adapter to use this chuck. Dave.
Thanks Magdad, some nice finds there, I particularly like the Stanley hand drill, I hope you manage to fix the chuck and share the process with us ! I also look forward to seeing you tackle that screwdriver, that's well caked up, interesting handle design though ! Happy Thanksgiving to all the Mag-clan !
You and Mrs. Magdad are the gurus of finding great deals! That was an awesome group of neat projects. I saw my first bullet pencil at an antique tractor show/flea market this past summer in Pa. The vendor wanted $20 for it. Naturally, I passed. Happy Thanksgiving! 😀👍
Happy Thanksgiving to the Magdad family and Chuck. Your Bullet pencil collection has inspired me to start collecting also Just haven't found any yet. You have some great finds. The drill is my favorite and I believe the repair will not be too difficult. Good Luck.
Lots of Cool finds Mr magdad My favorite is the Built Pencils and the all time Classic The Barlow pocket knife As for the $250.00 dollar wrench That's one wrench bought off the Snap On Tool Truck prices For 8 bucks well worth the money .. The Screwdriver was very interesting maybe this Sunday video Clean up ??? Mr Magdad and family and the one and only Mr Chuck Have yourself a Grand Happy Thanksgiving Day .. as always looking forward to Sunday's video
I'm always a softy for a drill of any kind. I'll have to keep my eyes open for one of those models. I'm already looking forward to some new videos. Thanks! and Happy Thanksgiving!
Cool spiral screwdriver - haven't come across one( yet ). After seeing your mention of bullet pencils - I found my first one the other day in an old tackle box at an estate sale! That Yankee ratcheting drill is super! Happy Thanksgiving.
Happy Thanksgiving to you and Mrs Magdad. I can’t wait to see you cleanup that swirled plastic handled screwdriver. Some really nice finds. Thanks for an entertaining video. Oh forgot to say I graduated HS 21 years before you. Getting old. 😂
For me the screwdriver restoration and changing out the chucks of the eggbeaters would be the most interesting. I have not ever been into the chucks of my eggbeater drill. Thanks.
Great haul, I like the Barlow and the bullet pencils. I'll say the Bullet Bat Pencil was a promotional from a minor league baseball team given out at a game.
8:34 NOOO! Not the No 610/611! Those in my opinion are the best made drills by Stanley! Their enclosed gearing with just a few drops of oil are amazing because they have the least run-out. They are highly concentric and give me the best holes - which makes sense because they were made for machinists (the enclosed gearing protects from metal chips fouling the tool). I can’t stop you from taking the chuck off the 610/611, but I can tell you that I have successfully repaired the jaws on these. It takes practice, patience, and tooling, but you absolutely can repair them. I first extract the jaws and epoxy one spring into each jaw, then reinsert them and use tiny tools to insert the captive spring into neighboring jaws. EDIT: oh phew 😅 you’re just going to use it as a reference. The Stanley No 610 and larger 611 are my favorite drills
I've never seen an eggbeater drill with those various functions. Very clever tool. The Wizard wrench collection is cool. I have one, but the sheetmetal part of the movable jaw has actually been pried up by someone. Not sure how well it can be repaired. The $8 wrench is cool. I would sell it for $250.
I'm looking forward to when you restore that twist handle screwdriver! The ertl toy company is about 50 miles from where I live here in Iowa. They used to make them right there in dyersville. Now it's just a warehouse that they ship from after being produced in China. Happy Thanksgiving Magdad to you and your family! 🦃🇺🇲
@357magdad I can't wait because you and Scoutcrafter really know how to make the patina boys CRY! 😮💨 , and when Chuck puts the flitz to it , that will send them over the edge! Lol. 🇺🇸 Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family!! 🦃👍🇺🇸
Just a guess that you'll find one or more of the little coil springs which hold the chuck jaws in position missing or broken. If so, should be an easy fix. Good luck!
I can tell you that Van Duijl has a patent No. 18,926 granted in 1907 I have one of his improved spanners. Thomas Chatwin, Ltd., Birmingham were the sole makers. Mine is called The "Common-Sense" spanner. Jozua Cornelis Hendrikus van Duijl has an earlier patent(No.600,813) for your spanner Applied for April 05, 1897 and granted March 15, 1898. There is stiil a Dutch company named after Van Duijl near Rotterdam, The Netherlands.
That Van Duijl is actually the most common style you can find over here. There's always a few online for sort of the money you've gave or a little bit more. Though I must say I hardly have seen them in the wild on flea markets and such. So they're not that common. From the looks of it yours is in good condition (chipped jaws are common). If yours has the lion holding a flag (depicting a Dutch flag that it) you have the most desired one. Strangely enough with this style, as the model number goes down the size goes up. I have a number one and zero. Ben and I both giggled about the monsterous size and weight of those. If you think about the costs to ship one from here over to you you've did really well! I am very curious to what you'll make of it!!
Thanks for the info Alex! I don't think mine is marked other than the 3 on the handle. There doesn't seem to be much info about these online and they seem to be very rare in the US.
You're crescent wrench it's pretty neat I forget what you call it I'm in the same vicinity Happy Thanksgiving to you and your whole family and thank you for the video
When I was a kid if I took a working gizmo apart to figure out how to fix another gizmo, I wound up with two broken gizmos. Nowadays I think I might have a 50-50 chance
That Old Timer is cool. Shame what happened to Schrade, Camillus, and all the others. That wrench is Dutch. For it to be in the US is a little unusual. Be nice to know how it got here.
Nice to see toys Made in America, especially Batman toys. Cool looking wrench, never seen that before. Love that bullet pencil and the Barlow. Do you have a favorite brand of Barlow? Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family.🦃 Merry Christmas Chuck!
I think the Chuck was is just screwed too far out and the jaws have fallen loose inside, look at the amount of base thread showing compared to the working chuck.
I have had it apart already. The jaws are loose and just floating around inside the housing. I think some sort of retainer is missing. I'm hoping taking apart the good chuck will help me.
The drill is very interesting and the Barlow is very cool. The $8 wrench sort of presents a dilemma - do you do anything to it or just leave it alone if it is really worth $250? What do you think? Lots of interesting items there MagDad! Happy Thanksgiving!
Cool stuff as always, the player image on the bat is the same as on the 1933 Goudey Lou Gehrig (baseball card)✌️😎
Thanks for the info!
Pocket knife is a gem. From a Canadian who wishes our Thanksgiving were more significant, Happy Thanksgiving to you and all those who make your life meaningful.
Thanks Guy! Happy Thanksgiving!
I can't wait to see the "Magdad Magic" on that screwdriver! Happy Thanksgiving to you all. -Tom
I've got a restomod project planned for it. Happy Thanksgiving Tom!
Fantastic finds! That screwdriver handle is glorious! 😃👍
Thanks ScoutCrafter! I've got a restomod project in mind for it.
Wow! That ratcheting egg beater drill is super cool! I have never seen one like that before! Great find!
It's like the Cadillac of egg beater drills.
Great show today Magdad!! I think my favorite is the adjustable spanner wrench. The last one you presented. That would look awesome with the Magdad and Chuck touch. Have a good Thanksgiving! Thank You for sharing.
Thanks Jack! Happy Thanksgiving!
Hi magdad, I love the Drill - never seen one like that before. The Barlow Knife was a real steal though - well done with your haul. Take care 🙂
Thanks Michael! I was super happy to pay $3 for the Old Timer Barlow!
Nice haul! Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours!
Happy Thanksgiving Chuck!
I like the Vandial adjustable wrench. I've never seen one like that.
I've only seen them on Tool Addict's channel.
Loved the features on that drill. I've never seen one like it. Great find!
Thanks Paul! I hope I can fix the chuck!
Wow, great finds all around. I have never seen a screwdriver handle like that. The Barlow will clean up beautifully!
Thanks Chris! I was happy to fins an Old Timer Barlow!
Wow great haul, love the bat pencil and the old timer Barlow is great. I wish we had flea markets in our area sounds fun. Happy Thanksgiving 🦃 from up north in British Columbia.
Happy Thanksgiving! I'm lucky to have a flea market close enough to visit every week.
Nice scores! That baseball bat pen is right up my alley as I collected early baseball souvenirs for many years. Thanks for the info Bob!

It must be the Cadillac of egg beater drills!
Great finds, can't wait to see some of the restortions!
Thanks David! I hope I can fix that chuck!
The Tool Addict grade adjustable was an amazing find! The golden nugget must be full of gems for those willing to mine their way to the bottom of the boxes! 😊😊😊
I'm lucky to live close enough to visit often. Many times I leave empty handed.
You are the Wizard of tool restoration, no wonder that you collect them. Never saw a hand drill with all those adjustments. The Barlow knife was terrific. $250 for that wrench, $8 was just right. Happy Thanksgiving!
Thanks Larry! It is a pretty fancy hand drill!
Happy Thanksgiving Mr and Mrs Magdad and Chuck! I can't wait to see the old $250 wrench and hand drill cleaned up but i also enjoy watching you you clean a screwdriver!
Happy Thanksgiving Ivan! I brought home some good projects!

Very cool screwdriver . Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours.
Thanks Mike! I've got a restomod project in mind for it. Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving to all the Mag-clan !
Thanks Andy! I have a restomod idea for the spiral handle screwdriver!
Neat tool haul! I especially like the egg beater drill and the Batman collectables. Thanks for sharing this and happy Thanksgiving.
Happy Thanksgiving John!
My favorite is the Yankee screwdriver. Also, I see allot of wall space around that pegboard! Have a Happy Thanksgiving
Happy Thanksgiving Tony! My Champion screwdriver display is a foot away to the right, and the sump pump pipe is just to the left.
Happy Thanksgiving! I won't pay more than $5 for a bullet pencil.
Happy Thanksgiving to the Magdad family and Chuck. Your Bullet pencil collection has inspired me to start collecting also Just haven't found any yet. You have some great finds. The drill is my favorite and I believe the repair will not be too difficult. Good Luck.
Thanks Dale! I hope you find some bullet pencils! Happy Thanksgiving!
I liked that drill/brace, the screwdriver and the Van Duijl adjustable wrench. Happy Thanksgiving.
Thanks! Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving Tony! I've got a restomod project planned for that screwdriver.
Waiting to see the $ 8 cleaned and polished. It should look incredible
If it is truly rare and worth big bucks, you won''t see me polish it.
Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family.
Happy Thanksgiving Stewart!
For me the screwdriver restoration and changing out the chucks of the eggbeaters would be the most interesting. I have not ever been into the chucks of my eggbeater drill. Thanks.
I'm looking forward to working on both Tony. I hope I can fix that chuck!

The rare wrench is cool but i have never seen a drill like that Yankee Stanley, can't wait to see a re and re of that.
Thanks Tim! I hope I can fix the Chuck!

Happy thanksgiving everyone thats a cool old egg beater drill the wrench is cool its worth what someone would pay for it
Thanks Larry! Happy Thanksgiving!
I liked the still the most but the last wrench was cool too.
Thanks Gayle!
Really like Van duijl adjustable wrench I have never seen one of those before and those bullet pencil like as well don`t see those much in Texas.
Thanks Rodney! Those wrenches are more common in Europe. I guess very few made it over here.
Happy Thanksgiving to the whole Magdad family! Tell chuck that he's safe from Thanksgiving, he doesn't have enough meat on him. 😁
Happy Thanksgiving! Chuck would hardly be a snack!
I'm looking forward to when you restore that twist handle screwdriver! The ertl toy company is about 50 miles from where I live here in Iowa. They used to make them right there in dyersville. Happy Thanksgiving!
That wrench is worth $8. Nice tool haul
Thanks Steve!
That Van Duijl is cool!!
I think so too!
without a doubt the last wrench HOUGIE Eagle
Thanks!
Just a guess that you'll find one or more of the little coil springs which hold the chuck jaws in position missing or broken. If so, should be an easy fix. Good luck!
I hope so Larry!
Looked for any Richmond denizens in the comments, but I didn't see any. But Wiki noted Don McBride stadium, baseball park which was built in 1936.
A viewer said they had a minor league team in the 1940's.
I can tell you that Van Duijl has a patent No. 18,926 granted in 1907 I have one of his improved spanners. Thomas Chatwin, Ltd., Birmingham were the sole makers. Thanks for the info! I showed the patent in the video.
To me that looks like Ted Williams batting stance. He played for the Boston Red Sox. Hall of famer.
Thanks Andy! A viewer mentioned that there was a minor league team in the 1940's in that town.
I must admit a weakness for knives, but I would be very happy to sell an $8 wrench for $250. Good luck!
Thanks! Vintage pocket knives are fun to clean up!
The $250 sale was from Poland! I wonder how much of that price was shipping!?!
The listing said $250 + $16 shipping.

Happy Thanksgiving Joe!
When I was a kid if I took a working gizmo apart to figure out how to fix another gizmo, I wound up with two broken gizmos. Nowadays I think I might have a 50-50 chance
I hope I can fix it!
Not sure how Chuck will feel about taking a broken chuck apart… har, har. 🤣
Chuck hopes we don't have to chuck the chuck!
The 1989 Batmobile is still the most iconic.
The 1989 batmobile is no. 3 on my list. No. 2 is the 1966 TV car and number 1 is the 1992 Batman Animated Series from the early 1990's.
That wrench really interested me! Clean it up!
If it is truly rare and valuable, I'm afraid to touch it!
Nice video.
Thanks!
That Old Timer is cool. Shame what happened to Schrade, Camillus, and all the others. That wrench is Dutch. For it to be in the US is a little unusual. Be nice to know how it got here.
Vintage pocket pocket knives are the best! I haven't been able to find out much about the Van Duijl wrench.
😎👍😎
Thanks for watching!
Nice to see toys Made in America, especially Batman toys. Cool looking wrench, never seen that before. Love that bullet pencil and the Barlow. Do you have a favorite brand of Barlow? Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family.🦃 Merry Christmas Chuck!
Happy Thanksgiving Mike! The Batmobile and Batwing were made in China for Ertl. I've been looking for the Old Timer Barlow for a while!
@@357magdad 👍🏻🦃🦇
The wheel brace

Happy Thanksgiving Bill! I think I got a plan for the "rare" wrench...
Nice Haul That is a $8 wrench but I guess the person who bought the wrench for $250 though it was worth it😂 Happy 🦃 Day
Thanks Sean! Happy Thanksgiving!
I think I'd sell it 😅🦇🦇🦇
If it's really worth $250, I won't have it for long....
Something is only worth as much as someone is will to pay for it.🧐
It would be cool to find at least two people who want it that bad on eBay!
That’s a good hall, brother!👊🏻
Thanks! I'm lucky that I can visit the Nugget regularly.
