Where’s this been all my life? I just found this show today and this channel and haven’t wanted to watch anything else. I’m not even kidding I ❤️this show and am a new subscriber to Quest! thank you for sharing on RUclips 👍🏻💕
Nicely done Mr. Drew! It does pay to be knowledgeable.
again Drew finds the most original, best, oldest, most authentic, fantastic, amazing piece ever that he completely falls in love to... :)
....... The craftsman upholster is outstanding; once again!!
Well done mate you deserve it all and more, learnt your craft then took it to the next level. The tie and blazer brigade need to look and learn.
❤that Chair! I would buy it in a heartbeat. Interesting that the Seller was selling as a look alike, instead of a Howard & Son’s.
Well done Drew !! it's all about knowledge .
1700 Chair cost plus the cost of Original Fabric and a proper upholstery job ..gas and time and driver and shoppe and overheads..
It pays for Drew to be knowledgeable, but however, without a competent restorer of fine antiques your not going to make a dime. All the credit goes to the craftsman. Any dealer can identify a good chair. The craftsman makes or breaks the saleability of an item. A good restorer is hard to find…few a far inbetween. Worth there weight in gold👍
When this guy has a shit it's "The Best Ever"
Straight up stole that
The Howard & Son’s armchair is fantastic, but with the original fabric it is outstanding. Value around 6000 pounds or more?
No
It looked better in the original colour.
I just bought one original Howard & Sons Woodstock armchair for £1000... Who made a better deal? :-)
I liked it better in beige, but what do I know
Based on the title I expected this to be in the red light district.
Well I am a Philistine, I would have preferred it in a solid colour. But a great find.😊
That’s a bloody expensive chair!
more money than sense ? welcome to the REAL world 😛
Google "eames lounger"
Wow 😀❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I'm calling bullshit on this "find"blind Freddy could tell you by feel.
Salvage hunters give you a fiver!
They ruined this fine chair when it was re-upholstered. What a shame.
Oh well he's finally finished, sold his business and gone elsewhere
New cover is horrible
another poor widow ripped off
he went into a CHURCH paid £1050 for a pair of gothic chairs he said to the priest were 'damaged', then when he was alone said to the camera they were in perfect condition and worth £5000. Cant bear that man.
What a crook, real dealers are honest, they'd tell the owner they are under pricing it and make a fair offer/
No sorry, He's a dealer she's a dealer, if she can't be arsed to do her homework that's on her>School of hard knocks. It's how you lern the trade drew's made mistakes on the way so has she......
