If you’re looking for the best BBQ chips you have to try Grippos (if you can find them). They’re a bit more expensive but IMO they are far and away the best BBQ chip around. I have bought them at my Walmart and Kroger in Louisville Kentucky.
They are our son, Andrew’s favorite chips.
We don't have Publix here so it wouldn't really matter even if the Publix were better. The Barbecue and the Pickle are my favorite Lay's chips and I will always stick with them because I 've had them for years, rather than taking a chance and getting a lackluster chip.

It’s been a while since I’ve had Lays Bbq, but I do like it. I am certain you are right with the Lays being more expensive. I’m sure people buy the Publix brand because of the price. Thanks for a great review.

Something you haven’t compared in these videos is the saturated fat itself. It’s almost double in the Publix brand for both varieties you’ve tried so far.
This is what I was waiting for. I figured the difference would be much more noticeable in a flavored chip than it would in their regular potato chip. Did you guys get a sour cream and onion in each brand as well? It definitely gives you a whole new level of respect for lays and their more complex flavors.
No, we only bought the regular and barbecue.

3:05 This is why I said what I said yesterday about how some bags of chips are so well glued that it can be really hard to open by hand where it can rip and it can cause chips to go all over the place. And I agree about using scissors. Loved the video, Tami and Kevin.
