    Intersting what I picked up here. As Dr. Mate mentioned that the capacity to be alone and not lonely comes from the experience on being alone with someone but without becoming intrusive to you and by letting you be you.
    It reminded me of when Dr. Mate said regarding children's developing independence. That they only develope independence when they would have been brought up by being loved and dependent on their parents care and attunement to their needs.

    Maybe the next challenge we have is to educate the masses about Projection so we can start calling each other on it...
    I never liked Tolerance - yuck.
