UTV Takeover Utah 2022 - Huckfest | The SXS Guys

UTV Takoever's Huckfest in Sand Hollow State Park was definitely the windiest jump competition in the history of UTV Takeover! It was so hard just to keep your eyes open let alone go #FullSend off a sand jump... All risks were communicated to the jumpers and they all agreed to jump with 35-40mph+ tail winds. Greg, the bike jumper that crashed, walked away and is doing fine. It was so great to see everybody drive away from this year's competition!

I don't understand the huck to flat? seems super lame.

It's not "flat" but it is not a steep down hill either... The event has to use the topography provided. They can't make a hill where there isn't one. There's also regulations in the state parks about what you can and can't do with the dozers. They do the best they can with what they have. You could also say that this is 'part of the competition'... Everybody knows this isn't a make-it-easy thing, kind of like Glamis and the Swingset jump, nobody is out there dozing the jump nor wants it changed.
