Btw iam ilyas and iam interesred to design squarespace websites and I see other freelancers mockup the website and send it to the client for the review before designing it on the platform, my question is how can I start learning adobe xd, do I need to learn design principles first or ui design or just jump directly to the adobe xd. Thank you for watching!! To learn Adobe XD, my course goes over this! I typically learn by doing it. I was start by understanding how to set up the pages character styles, colors, etc. and then study other website layouts to understand what converts. I hope that helps!

I've had a client ask me to do this too - they're providing a wireframe and like yours, they already have a developer, so they just want me to design the content - what percentage of your overall web design price did you charge for this if you don't mind me asking? A little confused what to charge without the actual prototype included..🤔

I am so sorry for the delay in responding to you Megan! For the price I still charged about 80% of my typically web cost. Hope that helps!
