WOW ! a cop that knows his job and how to act with people ... My jaw is still dropped and probably wont close for a while ... Kudos to the officer who ever he was ..
This guy is an expert on terrorists and they have him working as a security guard, the government has missed an opportunity here, they should have him in the pentagon . No wonder everybody is on edge, they’re all in the wrong jobs 😂
First Amendment Tests this security guard deffinatly falls into the category of a dunderhead. He's no Jimbo. But a dunderhead none the less. You are a fascinating man.
OMG. The dumbest guard ever. "Excuse security man, can I have the keys to your facility? I promise I won't do anything wrong when no ones looking." "Sure, he you are, have a nice day and let me know if I can help you move any of those barrels with wires sticking out of them."
That was a very effective audit. I did have some respect for the guard in that he was willing to give up his own personal ID for the sake of his "mission"; I can't imagine a cop ever doing that.
This guy's logic is hilarious "terrorists videotape things". Yeah, terrorists also eat lunch and dinner, so you know, that should not be allowed at all.
At first I thought just an unformed old guy who thinks he is doing his job. But then he calls the police to give you grief...give him some grief right back. Complain to Allied Security that he came off site on a public sidewalk to confront a citizen engaged in a legal activity. To make sure your complaint is not stonewalled, be sure to use the magic word "lawsuit."
Awesome Officer. This is exactly how those responding to a call for service should act. Evaluate the situation, and know the law, and stand up for the rights of the citizens. Great job.
That guy was so butthurt and pissed that the cops followed their OATHS and law...he sure was hoping for some jackbooted thugs to show up and make him respect his AUTHORITY....!! Which he had none to begin with...!
You were always an excellent auditor. Your vids should have a LOT more views. It's sad that senior citizens in the richest country in the world don't have solid pensions after a lifetime of work so they don't have to be security guards in their old age. Join a union when you're young, folks. Then you can live the good life in your 60s and beyond.
Very true. The world trade Center in new York city was destroyed and the Pentagon in Arlington was heavily damaged by a civilian using a camera while in a public space out in the open.
Don Daugherty omg this so reminds me of my grand mother after 9/11 she couldn’t look at someone she thought was middle eastern without having a panic attack.....while it was racist as hell it was also hilarious
I happen to love your style. You are very knowledgeable, you usually remain calm, you don't seem to bait people, but respond to aggression when appropriate. Keep up the work. I enjoy your videos very much!
The HOA of my neighborhood made the dumbass decision to fire our small private security to hire Allied Universal for our 800+ acre, gated community! Our crime rates have skyrocketed! We had little to no crime before and now that Allied is here the crime rate has just gotten out of control!
lol it's obvious that this channel ONLY looks for easy outrage content. he NEVER audits cops. you know... the people who actually have the authority... the people who often DO abuse that authority. but instead we get this clown... "you're a security officer! i have rights!" gee. what great content. i'm sure it does the trick for the soft heads that think some random security guard is "infringing" on rights by inquiring what you're doing... but for those of us who want to see COPS audited. we'll need to find a real channel. not just a drama queen
The security guard seems like a nice old guy . Seems like he should be playing with the grand kids , doing some fishing and gardening . Doesn't anyone retire in the United States ? Do they just wither away and leave their post feet first in a bag ?
First Amendment Tests *IN MY OPINION, THE SECURITY GUARD SEEMS LIKE THE KIND OF GUY WHO DRIVES AROUND WITH A VAN OFFERING FREE CANDY AND HUGS TO SMALL CHILDREN.*
Thank God he wasn't a terrorist. That Barney Fyffe looking security guard doesn't look like he could stop anybody on his best day. When it comes to security you get what you pay for.
i can answer that... he´s trying to proof that your rights are being broken all the time and to state that law enforcement and security agencies don´t know the law... i am not a US citizen but i am stuned by the lack of knowledge ...
@JcarlosMois I feel the same as you and could not ride him too hard. He looks old enough to retire but I bet he can't because he can not live on his SS.. It is a sorry state of affairs for older Americans who must work late into their lives. He more then likely would love to retire but must work just to afford his meds to keep him alive.
I kind of liked that guy. He's just doing what his employer expects. He didn't really push. But I really liked "Well, I suggest... uhhh... well, I don't know what to suggest."
That cop was brilliant. He told the guard clearly that the auditor was doing nothing wrong. Many times I see the cops still try and worm out of these situations something... or they lecture the auditor to stay off the road, off the property etc... because they just have to order someone.
Holy crap. I want to be nice but that security guard seems a little slow. I’m sure he’s a very nice guy but he wouldn’t be able to stop anything. I think the bar is set really low over at allied.
Regardless of age, everyone needs to learn and respect our rights. Poor old man. Probably had a lot of heart back in his days. He's gentle and harmless just trying to do his job. Glad you weren't too big of a jerk to this one.
Thanks for the feedback. To be fair, he acknowledged that he could not stop me. Thus, I think he understood the right of the people to record in public. Beyond, that, however, things didn't compute to well for him, as he was unable to reconcile my right to record with his assertion that I was suspicious. There was no need to lecture the guy about the law since he seemed to get that part. I just wanted him to understand that I wasn't going to be his yes man and give him whatever he wanted (e.g., my ID, a full explanation for my filming, etc.).
First Amendment you treated the old man very kindly and I respect that of you you could have tore him up and beat him up but you did fine and on top of that you had a decent Cop come out so good audit how much respect for you
That guard seemed like a good genuine guy. I get both sides of the arguement. On one end, suspicions dont trump freedom, yet on the other, can the employee help it if his jobs policy mandates he at least try and identify? I don't think there were really any losers here.
Outstanding audit and video. Officer Marson is a good cop that handled the situation professionally. Jim the Allied Universal security guard is dumber than a cat litter box.....
Bless his heart. He's a gentle soul and a nice man. Just improperly trained. No fault of his.
WOW ! a cop that knows his job and how to act with people ... My jaw is still dropped and probably wont close for a while ... Kudos to the officer who ever he was ..
"I don't have an ID on me."
Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha. That was hilarious!
My rights don't stop where your suspicions start. Classic!
That security guard doesn't seem like he's all there.
That poor security guy is way out of his league. I can't help but feel sorry for him. Seems like a decent guy just trying to make minimum wage.
“Well I suggest.....uh, well, I don’t know what to suggest”
Comedy gold!
"My rights don't stop, where your suspicions start". Great line. Keep up the good work.
OMG. The dumbest guard ever. "Excuse security man, can I have the keys to your facility? I promise I won't do anything wrong when no ones looking." "Sure, he you are, have a nice day and let me know if I can help you move any of those barrels with wires sticking out of them."
3:24. “I don’t know what to suggest “ lol best line from a security guard ever
The lesson for today is......taking video is not terrorism.
He showed his ID to someone that's "suspicious"
That was a very effective audit. I did have some respect for the guard in that he was willing to give up his own personal ID for the sake of his "mission"; I can't imagine a cop ever doing that.
This guy's logic is hilarious "terrorists videotape things". Yeah, terrorists also eat lunch and dinner, so you know, that should not be allowed at all.
That poor Security Guard, he came to a battle of wits completely unarmed
At first I thought just an unformed old guy who thinks he is doing his job. But then he calls the police to give you grief...give him some grief right back. Complain to Allied Security that he came off site on a public sidewalk to confront a citizen engaged in a legal activity. To make sure your complaint is not stonewalled, be sure to use the magic word "lawsuit."
This man said terrorists record things... I think he meant tourists record things 😂😂😂
We are trained to ...... errrrr......... give our personal ID to anyone who asks for it. I hope he gets a puppy for Christmas.
Awesome Officer. This is exactly how those responding to a call for service should act. Evaluate the situation, and know the law, and stand up for the rights of the citizens. Great job.
I laughed out loud when you told him you didn't have any I.D. *LOL*
"I don't know what to suggest". A refreshingly honest admission.
That guy was so butthurt and pissed that the cops followed their OATHS and law...he sure was hoping for some jackbooted thugs to show up and make him respect his AUTHORITY....!! Which he had none to begin with...!
Lurch doesn't seem to sure of himself. He's scared. Ah, I'm sorry it didn't work out for you Mr. Security.
Respect to the old guy for showing ID, felt bad for him because he did not understand auditors can not bring IDs.
"Terrorists video tape things"....my favorite thing said in 2018!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
That one went really smooth. And now he knows.
Why? Because I want to! This is all the answer they need.
3:17 This must be the funniest back and forth I've ever seen in an audit.
I like that line, "My rights don't stop where your suspicion starts". Good one! It's nice that the company employs someone with Asperger's.
Security guard :
Terrorists video tape things .....
Very true. The world trade Center in new York city was destroyed and the Pentagon in Arlington was heavily damaged by a civilian using a camera while in a public space out in the open.
Fun fact: Google Maps has existed for over a decade. Terrorists have laptops...
Don Daugherty omg this so reminds me of my grand mother after 9/11 she couldn’t look at someone she thought was middle eastern without having a panic attack.....while it was racist as hell it was also hilarious
I honestly believe the Officer wanted to laugh!!!! LOL
I happen to love your style. You are very knowledgeable, you usually remain calm, you don't seem to bait people, but respond to aggression when appropriate. Keep up the work. I enjoy your videos very much!
Where in the constitution does it say We have to have a reason to exercise a Right?
The security guard was a nice man.
My rights don’t stop where your suspension begins great line that’s awesome
Scott McCarthy alignment
damn, that security guard was creepy.
When did tourism become terrorism?
The HOA of my neighborhood made the dumbass decision to fire our small private security to hire Allied Universal for our 800+ acre, gated community! Our crime rates have skyrocketed! We had little to no crime before and now that Allied is here the crime rate has just gotten out of control!
Lindsay L. I believe it.....pass a petition n get em fires
Wow, the cop knows the law, amazing!!!!
Fred Rogers yeah if the PD sees this they will fire him in a heartbeat .
Another fine example of Allied Universal's hiring practices.
The security guard was just doing his job. He wasn't yelling. It did look suspicious, even though on public property. The end result was handled well.
lol it's obvious that this channel ONLY looks for easy outrage content. he NEVER audits cops. you know... the people who actually have the authority... the people who often DO abuse that authority. but instead we get this clown... "you're a security officer! i have rights!" gee. what great content. i'm sure it does the trick for the soft heads that think some random security guard is "infringing" on rights by inquiring what you're doing... but for those of us who want to see COPS audited. we'll need to find a real channel. not just a drama queen
You’re Back!! ✌️
I kinda felt sorry for that man :D
He actually seems like a decent guy.
I THOUGHT YOU WERE IN REAL TROUBLE WHEN MR. ROGERS PULLED UP HIS PANTS
"well I suggest".... "Well idk what to suggest" hahahahahahaha I died laughing
Greatest I.D. exchange ever!!
So this is the place that Forrest's dad went on"vacation."
The security guard seems like a nice old guy . Seems like he should be playing with the grand kids , doing some fishing and gardening . Doesn't anyone retire in the United States ? Do they just wither away and leave their post feet first in a bag ?
This is the U.S. of A. friend.
Abject poverty is the new lower class.
The ID showing part was funny 😂😂😂😂
I thought he was a bit of a knucklehead but he did show his state ID. Gotta give him props for that. Didn't see that coming
"I'll show you mine if you show me yours" haha
*THIS IS THE CREEPIEST ENCOUNTER I'VE EVER SEEN!!!*
How so?
First Amendment Tests
*IN MY OPINION, THE SECURITY GUARD SEEMS LIKE THE KIND OF GUY WHO DRIVES AROUND WITH A VAN OFFERING FREE CANDY AND HUGS TO SMALL CHILDREN.*
Well, he's a classic guard. Not that smart...But he DID understand the rules. That puts him above many police (Which is VERY scary)
Thank God he wasn't a terrorist. That Barney Fyffe looking security guard doesn't look like he could stop anybody on his best day. When it comes to security you get what you pay for.
LOL, I love that last dig the old gueezer got when he said, "How convenient!" and -stomps- limps away!
i can answer that... he´s trying to proof that your rights are being broken all the time and to state that law enforcement and security agencies don´t know the law... i am not a US citizen but i am stuned by the lack of knowledge ...
Pops also doubles as a janitor. What a fool!
Never fails- the walk of shame always puts a smile on my face
3:19... WELL I SUGGEST... UM, I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO SUGGEST. LOL!!!
HOLY SHIT 1st one in nine months...... were ya in jail? You do awesome audits.... we need more!
Been very busy. I'll try to put up more videos soon.
I don't know any terrorists, but it's my job to know, which makes me an expert! 😂😂😂
Come on man, that's a nice old man, he was cool as ice
Very funny, ‘I suggest..........erm....I don’t know what to suggest ‘
I suggest...that I need to go pick up that water bottle. 😂
Wow.. i almost feel bad for this rent a cop. is he slow? for real?
This is amazing. I just recently discovered you and, hey! Here you are again! Hope to see more from you.
Poor old dude, I do really feel sorry for him.
The election has been real hard on Bernie, good luck Mr.sanders
I kind of liked that guy. He's just doing what his employer expects. He didn't really push. But I really liked "Well, I suggest... uhhh... well, I don't know what to suggest."
The id part was funny as fuck lmao
That cop was brilliant. He told the guard clearly that the auditor was doing nothing wrong. Many times I see the cops still try and worm out of these situations something... or they lecture the auditor to stay off the road, off the property etc... because they just have to order someone.
4:07 'Because i'm gathering information.... for a story for possible publication' hahahahahahahahah
From my observations security guard suffering from Alzheimer's
That's how cops should be trained to handle people filming.
The security guard in our company would be asleep and he wouldn’t be bothering you lmao 😂
LOL Loved your comment!!! How much do these guards get paid?
Jim seemed ill-informed rather than intransigent.
SMH!!! I guess security companies are now stooping soo low as to hire fired WalMart greeters........
Holy crap. I want to be nice but that security guard seems a little slow. I’m sure he’s a very nice guy but he wouldn’t be able to stop anything. I think the bar is set really low over at allied.

I totally agree bro.
First Amendment you treated the old man very kindly and I respect that of you you could have tore him up and beat him up but you did fine and on top of that you had a decent Cop come out so good audit how much respect for you
"I suggest. ..... I dont know what to suggest".
I believe the Security is a nice men !
That guard seemed like a good genuine guy. I get both sides of the arguement. On one end, suspicions dont trump freedom, yet on the other, can the employee help it if his jobs policy mandates he at least try and identify? I don't think there were really any losers here.
I'm a security guard, this guy is a joke.
This security guy sounds like Napoleon Dynamite
Probably LMAO
That was a dick move. "i don't have Id" made me laugh though
Outstanding audit and video. Officer Marson is a good cop that handled the situation professionally. Jim the Allied Universal security guard is dumber than a cat litter box.....
Love your response, my rights don't end where your suspicion starts. Brilliant
he's an expert, but doesnt know what a terrorist looks like............
Props to the cop!
need more of these man, their great to watch and I love the message, please continue
OMG A COP WHO IS ACTUALLY ALRIGHT AND NOT A DOUCHE AND WHO ACTUALLY KNOWS PART OF THE LAW TO AN EXTENT WOW
In Richmond, that cop was just happy not to be responding to a 187 call.
I kind of feel sorry for that security guard...poor guy.
Doug Thompson - Independent Auditor yeah same. He was pretty nice and even showed his id
why? because buying a video camera and using it to hammer nails would be stupid, wouldn't it!
Master keys for gards or cops: 1- We had a call, 2- you look suspicious and 3- i'm doing an investigation.
I pissed my pants when he actually pulled out his ID!! LOL
Zoka same here LOL!
That security guard should go see the wizard for a brain.
I have never seen a Guard give up a DL before=good job/stay safe!
the old guy isn't an expert on a damn thing.. his job is to observe and report, not leave his post and he can't even get that right!
