I liked this because Halaster Blackcloak is one of my absolute favorite NPCs, and Undermountain is so cool. When I flipped through it, I added to Arcturia's floor, and created a powerful fire elemental archmage, to represent the explosive and sultry, but now also a bit languid and simmering, Marambra Nyghtsteel. I also gave Halaster a butler of sorts, who was actually an adult green dragon with the same casting level as Muiral, because I really liked Zifnab, from Margaret Weis' the Death Gate Cycle, and my fourth wall-breaking Halaster was a combination of evil Zifnab and murderous game show host.

I must have been inspired by the works you are talking about in this video. Dang. I thought I created an original avatar of a god in my campaigns. I have a greater god that is called by many names but is called "Manscorpion" often because that is his favorite race. He is a rival to Lilith (my form of Lloth). Manscorpion is a god of all arachnids and the underdark. Lilith has many spheres but she conflicts with his thing on her being a spider and underdark goddess. The only powerful male house in the underdark was the minority house hated by everyone there, the patron house of Malfen, followers of Manscorpion. They had a challenge similar to Lilith's Drider challenge. Only, if you fail you can choose death or be a basic Manscorpion. If you win, you can choose being who and what you are or being you as an improved version of your race's Manscorpion. Lilith was also a lover to Manscorpion as much as she was a rival. Dang... I thought I was original in Manscorpion (a greater god of many names with this akin to his main avatar) in 1999 at the age of 17. The writers of AD&D even best my homebrew. Mad respect for them.
There are plenty of Half Drow/Half-Scorpion fan creations made for the Eberon setting, as the Drow of Xen'drik worship a Scorpion God, I can see a few of those populating Muiral the Misshapen's dungeons, even if he had to create them himself with captured Drow.
Another Muiral story for you, AJ: in that same campaign, my wizard decided to use Charm Monster on him, then flirted with him and then it ended with Muiral chained to the matron's bed on the drow level. Fun times.

I realy need to move the Hubb of my players to a ancient citty like waterdeep. While my homebrew has a lott of planar travel and even a multiplanar superdungeon i still missed an oportunity to give them a enormouse but basic dungeonsystem within their reach. Multiplanar dungeons thend to mess with certain spells.

They can, the restrictions on spells in the outer planes depends on what plane you are on. Remember, most souls that go to these planes naturally, have no desire to return to the prime material plane.

Demogorgon is the shit, while in the Maw (his place of the Abyss). Lolth is the shit, especially in the Demonweb Pits (her realm of the Abyss). Demogorgon is only a demon lord CR 26, though, and Lolth is a lesser deity. There's probably a benefit to Lolth in keeping Demogorgon exactly where he is. He's manipulatable.
