1. Go to the official website of Asus here

2. Click on support.
3. Click on Drivers and Manuals.

Brother, the laptop "the keyboard is not working completely, the mouse pad is not working, the USB mouse is not working, the light turns on and off only once, so the mouse is not visible completely".
