There’s no doubt about it. William Byron, Jr. (that is technically his real name) is the best driver at Hendrick this year, and he’s really come out of his shell in terms of performance. If I had to pick someone to win the title other than my favorite current driver, it would be him.
if he was more consistent then I'd agree. this reminds of be of alex bowmans 2021 season (which is still good under this format and car competition) so despite larson having less wins I think hes been more consistently top 10 just under the radar
@@powersteer that’s a good point, but I think Byron’s been the stronger driver in terms of straight up raw power this year. Nevertheless, it’ll be interesting to see who makes it to Phoenix this year… as long as it isn’t Hamlin the hypocrite.

If he could just be more consistent he would hands down be the best hendrick driver. I would definitely still go with Larson over Byron, but the amount of improvement he has shown is very impressive.

WIlliam's first win was the first race I attended with my daughter. After the race I enrolled in Liberty University. Almost finished with my Masters in Divinity and it was partly inspired by William's win. William needs to finish his degree though. ;)
Byron will have 10’s if not 100’s of million of dollars by the time hes done racing cars, I don’t think he needs any type of backup plan 😆

Well, I do agree with William about wanting to see NASCAR head up to Canada next season to race at Circuit Gilles Villeneuve in Montreal because as I've said before, NASCAR has produced a lot of great moments in Canada when they started racing there in 2007 with the Xfinity Series racing at Circuit Gilles Villeneuve from 2007-2012 and the series produced a lot of great moments at that track, starting with the inaugural race in 2007 where the issues between Robby Gordon and Marcos Ambrose allowed Kevin Harvick to score the win, followed by 2009 where Carl Edwards won after passing Marcos Ambrose on the last corner of the last lap to 2010 with that photo finish between Max Papis and Boris Said and 2011 where Marcos Ambrose finally won at that track and after the Xfinity Series' time in Canada ended, it was the truck series' turn with them racing at Canadian Tire Motorsports Park from 2013-2019 and they also produced some great moments, starting with the inaugural race in 2013 where Chase Elliott turned Ty Dillon on the last turn of the last lap to score his first truck series win to 2016 where John Hunter Nemechek and Cole Custer had a brawl after that wild finish and 2018 where Justin Haley came from 3rd to win after teammates Noah Gragson and Todd Gilliand took each other out on the last turn of the last lap. All-in-all, in the end, I really do hope that we see NASCAR return to Canada next season and race at Circuit Gilles Villeneuve, so until then, goodbye!

Haven't been able to watch in over a month anyway. Nascar and it's tv partners putting Cup on "cable" for the nth time in a row is a joke, USA Network at that. They wonder why nascar is losing viewers
Universities across the country have long faced scrutiny for their handling, and mishandling, of sexual assault cases. But Liberty University’s responses to such cases stand out. Interviews with more than 50 former Liberty students and staffers, as well as records from more than a dozen cases, show how an ethos of sexual purity, as embodied by the Liberty Way, has led to school officials discouraging, dismissing and even blaming female students who have tried to come forward with claims of sexual assault. Three student recalled being made to sign forms acknowledging possible violations of the “Liberty Way” after they sought to file complaints about sexual assaults. Others say they were also warned against reporting what had happened to them. Students say that even Liberty University police officers discouraged victims from pursuing charges after reporting assaults.
In the big picture, those cases might have been the right direction to take, its become increasingly popular for women to file sexual assault cases on men for no reason, or on ex boyfriends to ruin their image and reputation forever, regardless of evidence or merit. All a women has to do is accuse someone of this, and their life is over forever, even if the results come back as not guilty. If they don’t have evidence or an extremely strong case to prove their allegations, don’t ruin somebody’s life forever....theres been TOO MANY times this happens and the man ends up being not guilty...but in todays world, its guilty until proven innocent, and then your life is stilll ruined forever, regardless of your innocence. The “me too” movement has become a mob mentality and an evil way to destroy innocent people.
@@jaredchampagne2752 sure that’s true but that does not mean we should jump to discrediting all women lmao. in liberty’s cases their was substantial evidence that the school straight up ignored. and instead wanted to “pray” about it. regardless i’m not going to debate about this under erics video i just wanted to give him something to think about once that check clears tomorrow🤷♂️ I will never get behind byron as long as that partnership is there, and seeing OOTG sponsored by them was just disappointing.
