This ranch is heaven on earth, so beautiful
Absolutely Beautiful and gorgeous!
Imagine the equestrian facility as the ultimate party barn, play place and/or resort, this space has the bones for a great one!
Would love to buy it. An exceptional property considering the topography and the distance to the university, the airport and the downtown
Even the construction isn't raw or coarse.
The price is quite steep at $40,000 acre, when typically other Montana ranches sell for around $800 to 1,000 acre, including the one owned by the Heinz family, but that might be due to its proximity to Bozeman.
Anything in a cooler climate of the US that has springs and running water and green grass. Brings a premium price. That has less crop failures more game more water. Has premium value
beautiful place
Gorgeous
I want to live there, hi from Medellin Colombia
no price no call !!!!
Magical, and that lady bum was nice to😂
Is that Amanda Caldwell on the horeses?
I don't see the platinum mine though. I guess mineral rights have to go with every property they represent. Being that they're platinum properties and not just a bunch of dirt.
Farm = work work work.
78 million? 😂 You can buy any ranch in the West with tens of thousands of acres for half of what they want for this place.
As gorgeous as this landscape is, with all the amenities that this place has, as close to Bozeman as this place is, this place is rather reasonably priced. You could have a 100,000 acres and not have a fraction of what this place has to offer.
Agreed! Diamond tail is twice the place this one is and sold for 48 million... with 34,000 acres.
@mikerb2473 I stared at Diamond tail for months, praying I would win the lottery...
Same!!!
If some super rich Chinese guy doesn't buy it, make an offer.
This ranch is overpriced. For the amount of ranch land of 1940 acres of land. Look at the IX ranch in Big Sandy a lot more acres. Less money also for the acres.
It is like buying art. Difference here is the variable costs to maintain it on a yearly basis.
