Could you put up a version of this video that does not have the overview of Central Park and the left-hand corner? I really hate that thing. Otherwise it’s an absolutely fantastic video and I love watching it while I am running on my treadmill :-)
I feel that this is certainly one of THE BEST running/walking video's I have used thus far. You keep the camera level, steady and no sudden jerks! Beautiful scenery, great pace, and just 100% enjoyable! I am a DV, and have recently started to lose weight and try to 'run' again. This video has truly helped me to keep interest in doing so. THANK YOU.
Thanks April Run inside to get 5 min in for every half hour sitting...you had me going 20min. Nice. Can't do this where I am at in Western MD in the winter.
Love the running video of Central Park. I’m a long time runner and an former New Yorker, moved in 2014. I started running I Central Park in 1979. So fun to run along with you. The only thing I don’t love is the map picture thing in the upper corner…..it really detracts from the experience and blocks the beautiful view of the park.
Going to NY in a couple of weeks and started researching doing the full loop run. This video is excellent! Have never watched a running video like this but it's strangely satisfying, especially with just the background noise. Thanks for this, will check out your 4k version
I live in Montevideo, Uruguay and when I go to run on the treadmill, I place an IPad with these videos and transport myself to different parts of the planet. Thankfully
I ran in Central Park two weeks ago. The surface was completely covered in snow, and it was one of my best running experiences. That place is awesome, quiet, and beautiful. I hope to come back to New York soon and repeat this circuit.
That sounds awesome! I've got a video on my channel of me running in the snow. You only get one or two days a year that are perfect for that. Snowy Central Park is magical.
I miss running (broken ankle, still recovering) and I miss NYC. This is perfect! I can imagine running again and imagine not being in the Midwest! 😄 👍 I'd love to run in Central Park some day!
I have been finishing to speeding walking for about 4 miles in the morning every day around my big neighborhoods containing about 435 big single family houses.
I am training for a marathon, and would love to be able to travel to NYC! You are so lucky with the weather over there Leaving a like sub and love from Ireland 🇮🇪 keep it up!!
I love all the Central Park Videos. I watch them every time I run on the treadmill! Your videos are wonderful because the camera is steady/very enjoyable!
That's so awesome! I would love to visit Austria someday. It's so cool that people are watching this from all over the world. I do have a newer and better version of this run in 4K, if you want to check it out. ruclips.net/video/O_0ujWGSqJE/видео.html
Hi and Thank you for these great vidéos, they bring up wonderful souvenirs of my own loops around Central Park, such a long time ago. Now on my threadmill in countryside France, I can relive these moments! If you manage more of these in the sping,
@@JonRuns great job on your run!! make sure to stretch to keep yourself injury free. can't wait to do this one on saturday. even after running half and full marathons the full loop at central park was always a great challenge (especially the steep incline on the most upper west part of the loop). brutal but great workout!!!
@@ifqmoments9938 Much better quality of the same run is up now: ruclips.net/video/O_0ujWGSqJE/видео.html. 4k is still processing and then the quality will be even better.
Beautiful run through beautiful scenery. I do wish the camera had been raised a bit, so I could have seen a little more. Other than that, very enjoyable. Thanks
Thanks for this! We are in full winter outside and just did this run on my treadmill with the fan in my face...felt like summer lol. Thanks for "no music" - I like to hear the sounds of outside :)
I love hearing that! I’m so happy these videos are useful for people. I have a 4K version of this same route up on my channel if you want to try that next time. Also, if you want to run in the snow, but don’t want to go outside in the cold, I just posted a video of my run in snow covered Central Park from yesterday morning. Have a great day!

I record the run using a Garmin watch, and then I import the GPX file to Google Earth and record a "movie". I use Adobe to pull it all together. Takes a little effort, but I think it adds a nice touch to the videos. Thanks for watching!
Let me know what you want to see next in NYC. I'm taking requests!
I run this almost everyday. Could you do just another route in Central Park if possible
@@aprilstewart1859 of course! I have a playlist on my channel of all my Central Park runs ruclips.net/p/PLC4iDKusmbpnyCIyCWCFGFb0EHNAGSser

What camera and mount do you use to record your runs?
Hey, great video - brings back memories! What device did you use to make it so stable?
I'm using a GoPro mounted on a little handheld stick. The stabilization tech in these GoPros is getting really impressive.
I salute all the unmasked!

At what speed should you run this ?
Mach 3
@@Zhak7 What a nob !
Pretty sure I'm running between a 11-12 minute mile for most of this. Change the playback speed on youtube if you want to run faster.
run next time faster
Easy peasy. Will do. 😂
Change your setting from Normal to 2.0 😂
