@@AM-ny7wq I like the pacer's left hand movement. I'm a slow runner and I run 10 miles in the time it takes them to run the half. The girl and the guy in the grey look very comfortable running. I was sorry to see them fall off the pace three miles out.🏃♂
I started this run on my treadmill when lockdown started, I couldn’t run more than 3km 0:28:06 . But today I finished the run 🏃♀️ in 1:43.46 . 14.08km. Thank you for putting this run up i have been truly blessed by this 🙏🏻😁🏃♀️
@@TreadmillTrainer yes still going strong and getting faster, at the moment I am getting over 16km , I have tried other run videos but I find this one my favourite to run to every Thursday morning 🙌
My story is similar to yours ❤️ when lockdown started I could only get to 4KM , I as well worked my way through this run and was able to finish today in 1.49.32. Thank you so much for sharing this video. It has helped me more than you’ll ever know.
Thank you so much for this video. Literally helped me to improve my life. I run to it at least once or twice a month. Two years ago I was a 260 lb 48 year old that couldn’t run more than 5 minutes. Then a few months later I got to a half marathon in 2:16. Then about a year ago I ran a marathon in 3:54. And now today I ran a personal best half marathon of 1:33. This video gave me motivation and company on those long lonely treadmill runs. Thank you!!!!
I have already reviewed your videos several times. 😊 Great videos! Channel - Super! 👍🏻 Let's wait for the green light to be given to the running community and we will see your new runs! 😊👍🏻 I wish you health and new victories! 😊👍🏻
I ran the same pace as a 140 today, brilliant. That pace runner dude was funny! I'm surprised he didn't go onto his arse a few times mind! Nice finish at the falls too.
Thanks for the video. It got me thru my treadmill run. I am surprised how steady your cam was. I tried other running videos and they were so unsteady it made me nauseous. But your video was great.
It is still good to run with others besides you as pacers. this is a kind of run that we can keep going on till our treadmill crash. good video. cheers!
First time I try running with this video and I loved it! I felt like I was running with my small group of people, always the guy with the sign and the girl in the gray shirt ❤😂😅
I love this one so much! I'm short and slow yet I can keep up with this crowd on my elliptical :) It's a freezing cold, snowy/icy January night here in Maine yet I'm running in the autumn sun looking at green grass and open water!😊
Thank you so much for your video. The footage is so steady and focused. It is getting me through my winter treadmill runs in the gym. Unfortunately, there is no WiFi in the gym and this is only video that I was able to put on my iPad (full capacity). I would love to be able to watch your other race videos. Any suggestions?
Ola´!
Gracias.....I enjoy it so much I never run a marathon or 5 k or nothing your video got me close to the experience of been in one ... now Im watching when Im in the treadmill and its becoming a goal to acctually run one....One more time MUCHAS GRACIAS....Keep posting your videos.!!!!God bless !
Hello there guys i saw the hole video and its amazing and admiring to see how strong you guys run you all are a nice team greatings from a runner from tijuana,bc god bless you all be safe good times will come from the of the tijuana runner
Thanks for this...beautiful scenery! I was able to run half of the half at my own pace lol. I`m curious... the gentleman in front of you with the orange t-shirt and orange ball cap was carrying a sign the whole way...do you know what was on the sign?
If you are talking about the person with the sign on a stick.... That's not a bib. Those are "pace bunnies",they actually wore 🐰 ears years ago. The sign they hold up is a time, in this case 1:40. The idea is that if you keep up with the bunny, you'll finish in the time on their sign. There are pace bunnies in every major race... Usually 10 minutes apart.
Thanks for sharing your run. I enjoyed watching it. In fact, you have the same time I had on my 3 of 21K run. I am wondering, what type of camera you were using. I was using 'GoPro' but the image was so jumpy because I directly mounted it on my water knapsack. I want to improve my marathon run on my video recording. I would like to get an advice from you. Thanks in advance.
Who else was destepate to pull that flapping tag on that ladies vest!!? 🤔🤣🤣 ...You have to admire those pacers holding those bloody signs the whole way...
A few years later, I still run to this video. I consider this group my running buddies. I even made up names for them 😀
I do the same. I feel like I know them.
Me too 😅😅 but this is the first time I run with this video❤

People like you make the boring treadmill runs of 1000s of people like me enjoyable. Keep up the selfless, good work! Thank you!!!
I’m in awe someone could run carrying a sign the whole way!
And they turn backwards a couple times to smile!
And put their cup in the bin
They are volunteering, their are pacemakers, each of them running with a different speed to gather differrent groups
Great scenic route. Watched this doing my corona treadmill run today!

Another great run on the treadmill ...ideal for winter weather. Thank you!
That was fun to follow along. Good pace group too. Hung in there most of the way. Thanks for sharing.
Great video. His pace kept me motivated to run longer than I usually do. Thank you for the video.
Beautiful scenery, thanks for sharing! And congratulations for finishing :)
And I realize I do miss those big runs!
I really like enjoy watching your running POVs while on the treadmill on a heavy snow day in Pennsylvania
This is a very scenic route. Love every moment of this video. Thanks for sharing!!

Hi, I am thinking about starting a running vlog myself. would you care to share how you edit the course track and the mileage? thanx a lot!,
Thanks for doing this. Nice moment at the end!
Thanks guys... Lovely 🇧🇷
Muito obrigado por postar este vídeo ,me vai ajudar muito 🙌👊👏👏👏
Thank you so much for this run! Jesus loves you!
Great video, nice pace.....what tracking app did you use that can reproduce the route like that, and what camera you record with?
That was awesome,thank you 👍🥇
How do they video it without any camera shakes?
Good pace👍🏻
Hey bro. I want to record myself running too but I don’t know how to do it. Which cam are you using and how are you putting it on your body.
what did you use to record the video? Looks great :)
how do you breathe when you run or jog? they said to breathe through both but i cant seem to do it
Wonderful!!! Thanks!!!
Nice. Enjoyed it.
What are you using to keep your camera so stable?

I'm glad you enjoyed it. The setup is nothing special, just a Firefly 8SE on a hand-held gimbal.
@@TreadmillTrainer Thanks a lot, I appreciate your advice.
Hey, nice video, i using it a lot. How did you insert that map? Looks really cool , keps me and updated about the distance.
What camera was used to film this?
What did the guys sign say?!
How did it feel after?
Excelente, buena carrera.
Those poor pacemakers had to carry the sign the whole time . Never seen that, they usually have flags on a stick in a backpack or wearing bigger hats.

what camera are u using ?
Fantastic ,!
Which cam ?
Nice
Is it flat?
and i can barely walk 2 km without giving up,
this is quite fast for an average guy. you did below 5 minute / km !
Nice one! What mount did you use?
Glad you enjoyed it... I use a handheld gimbal.
