I love cat woodblock prints. The cat you are having trouble seeing how it is lying: It’s lying partly on its side. Its short tail is bottom right. The large stripe is on its back. The two upper left stripes are its shoulder blades as it’s straining to look over the page to look at what she’s reading. I think the large stripe can be misleading as my first thought was tail or leg. I was brought up with lots of cats!
