Other people can comment on the song and musicianship in this video, but I just want to thank you for being willing and able to continue posting School of Rock videos in 2024. I've watched hundreds of these videos, and none of them are perfect, but the work you do to make the group look and sound as good as they be is just a gift from God. Thank you - you give me hope for the future.
At some point in the future, as digital mixing boards become the standard in every nightclub, I plan to capture multi-track audio recordings. That will enable me to do a proper mix and have nice "in your face" bass.
OUCH! Overall, a good performance, but this is NOT the right tune for your lead singer! I think the tune is performed in a key that's too low for her vocal range. She seems to 'slide' into pitch and never seems to get it quite right, which kills the vocal harmony that makes this song... This is meant as constructive criticism! Lord knows I'm just like her, especially when there is a strong voice in my ear!
Sadly, this was the first show on the tour, and the only one I was able to make. I'm sure she would have gotten it perfect within the next couple of days.

Drummer and bassist are killing it. Pretty intricate guitar riffs too. Good performance all around.
The bass and drum parts on this song are a real workout, and these young folks were bringing it hard.
❤ these kids are amazing and I love that they are having so much fun
Great performance! They are great musicians, the whole lot.
The School of Rock ROCKS❗️❗️❗️👍😎
Great job on a difficult song! =D
Great work on bass guitar!
Nailed the bass tone
Nice!😁

The song is in too low a range for the singer. Also it’s missing the squire baseline :) good job tho
Listen with headphones mate... she is killing that bass line.
@@BIZARBIES yeah you’re right it’s there lol I’m just used to squire playing that line in your face lol

@@MidWestConcertVideo2 i didnt mean that in a rude way i loved the performance!
Thank you. I want to do the best possible job I can covering these shows, but I'm the only person on my crew.
The recording is not that good for hearing the instruments. Unfortunately, the lead vocals are clear. This would be a good bar band.
Jeez louise! They're kids. Let them spread their wings!
