    Recipe calorie content:
    Total calorie content: 1400 kcal (approximately, depends on the exact proportions).
    Calorie content of one loaf (if divided by 2): 450 kcal, one serving - 90 kcal.

    Recipe and ingredients:
    80 g walnuts.
    70 g cashews.
    2 tablespoons flaxseed.
    2 tablespoons psyllium.
    a little salt.
    oregano.
    10 g baking powder.
    dried tomatoes.
    3 eggs.
    1 glass 250 ml kefir or liquid yogurt.
    olive oil.
    1 tablespoon sesame.
    a little more oil.
    sprinkle with sesame.
    avocado.
    a little sun-dried tomatoes in oil.
    a little lime juice.
    a little salt.
    black pepper.
    bake for 40-45 minutes at 180 °C.

    The bread part video can be made in 1 minute.
    Mix all dry at once, the same the wet ones , and combine .
    As well with avocados for 30sec.

      Especially when it comes to peeling avocados, I have never seen an avocado from this brand "peeled". Have you never seen that it can be easily removed with a spoon?

      Goodness where do you live. I love all her recipes as I can’t eat wheat and most of the gluten free breads or recipes have rice in them which I am very allergic to. Sorry you are struggling I guess most of us are but if you make sure everything you eat is good for you not junk you will be able to survive better.

      It does have lots of highly protein dense foods in, but you wouldn’t need much to satisfy you.
      If you had 2 or 3 slices, it would be equivalent to a piece of meat, and then you can put salad or cooked veg with the protein bread for a complete meal.
      For people who can’t eat wheat or any of the shop bought gluten free breads, full of rice flour, oat flour etc. binders and fillers, this is a really lovely recipe.
      I’ve made bread like this and cooked it in tall mugs. One slice is so filling, that I didn’t need any more 😂😂😂. I sliced up the rest and froze it - lasted for a month. And it’s too rich to put butter on!
