when i try to update the service reference, it gives me an error which says the same thing "No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it 127.0.0.1:44324" i did manage to update it once i deleted the reference and remade it, it works but it still does the same thing after i try to use it again did someone else get the same problem as me? i kinda need help with it

i can't find my solution explorer in vs
?? Check the top menu and open View you will Find Solution explorer !!!
