I can just imagine the red tape and risk assessments that would have to be done here in the UK to use that trailer. They would stop you using it just because it's a useful bit of equipment. Great bit of engineering.
Ok, moving the trailer side to side wheel mechanism puts this over the top! And yes there is quite a use for shed trailers here in Texas. A lot of businesses rent them for storage and move them from one site to the other, quite common in the oilfield work, some are even portable housing "sheds". Additionally, a lot of rent to own business. Techically, most of the rent to own trailer sales are just a rental plan that if you pay long enough, you can keep the rotten thing - or just have them and pick it up when you no longer need it. Think of it it as renting a storage facility but your stuff is in your back yard. Not that I'm plugging the shed building industry! Of course there is the shed repo business where one gets abandoned in some trailer park and no one knows where the tenant moved to and the trailer park wants it gone.

This is one of those things where you might not need at at every job, but if you think of how many times you DIDN'T need to pay a second guy to help with a delivery, it would pay for itself in a couple of years.
A guy just took an 8 by 10 shed out of my yard in 7 minutes with one of these. It's the slickest piece of engineering I think of ever seen.
