I saw her in Norfolk VA not too long after super nova. She was doing a concert with the bunch. She ROCKED! I waited in line just to talk to her and she was super nice too. I have downloaded all her music on Itunes. Great stuff but always want more from her!
i kind of like the way the guitar player simulates the original synth intro, plus it sounds powerful with a woman singing about 'our children'. i bet townshend loves this
said it before...she's the real fu*ckin deal! the voice...the look...the passion...a rocker to da bad ass bone! she blows the guy contestants! (no pun intended).
@22cats23 by far the best in the whole comp, fucked up big time not pickin her, gilby clarke on stage with her and she completely owned the stage, loving the scream at the end!:)

Well, as of tonight, Saturday, November 10, 2007, Dilana was in Maryland performing a concert with her band at some guy's house who hit the lottery for $320 mil. The guy is apparently a wizard or something. She and her band spent the rest of their night, after the concert, getting trashed. I know someone who was there. Apparently, it was pathetic. I'm disappointed. I loved her on Supernova.
I looooved all of Dilana's other stuff, but I think this song was a mistake on her part... seriously, anyone trying to redo "Won't Get Fooled Again" has a huge disadvantage from the start, as the who sang it to perfection.
I didn't mind this remake until she had Gilby sing. Seriously, it was miserable. Her part in it wasn't bad, though... Of course, no version could ever stand up next to the original.
She's hot & sexy but I don't care for her raspy voice, but it is a strong voice. Gilby's off key on his backgrounds and they play it too slow, must be the short version, the original is 3 times as long with more lyrics & better music, other than that it's kick ass, lol But then again, the WHO is a hard act to follow,and that's my opinion. I know I couldn't do nearly as good....
