    Hi, I am in the DEP. I still have a few months before my BMT. Can I get a waiver while I am in the DEP/UTA, or is it too late?

    I heard electric razors are allowed, is that true? or do you still have to ask?

      Electric razors ARE allowed but be sure to let your MTIs know that you have it!

      @@caseygrayson2275 Thank you! I always had trouble with ingrown hairs since 8th grade and the moment my POC said we wouldn't get profiles I was dreading having to shave.

      @@blasianboyxdful No problem! I totally can understand, I’ve had bad razor bumps too since end of middle school! Most of the MTIs are pretty understanding if you explain the situation to them. After BMT you can get a shaving profile with no problems! Good luck and stay strong!

    It's a never ending battle with shaving. I have found some success with a safety razor.

      @@caseygrayson2275 what do you mean 5 year extension

    • @caseygrayson2275
      @caseygrayson2275  3 года назад

      @@izzycarterr8864 Instead of a shaving waiver you have to renew every year, you can get a shaving waiver that you only have to renew every 5 years.
