You're right doc, Eating low carb foods, at least 3 litres water daily and plant based milks like almond milk, coconut 🥥 milk, oat milk, walnut milk, macadamian milk, pecan nut milk, etc. with exercising at least 4times weekly helped me with my skin issues
Morning Aproko doctor, much love from Cameroon. Abeg can you talk about yoni pearls? I've been seeing them advertised around and I'm wondering if they're bad or not.

Eat lots of fruits and vegetables, carrots, cucumber, pineapple are specifically great for the skin, but not limited to these 3. Drink at least 3 litres of water daily; it is a simple way to get supple skin too. Consume plant based milk like coconut milk & tigernut milk often. Lastly avoid processed sugar as much as possible. If you're intentional about this lifestyle changes in just 30 days, you will begin to see results. The good news is that it doesn't just benefit your skin but your entire organs.
Hello, Doc. Please I know that this is unrelated to the topic, but does jumping rope lead to high blood pressure or worsen high blood pressure? Sorry to divert form the subject today, but I really need to know.
I am not a doctor, however, I usually read about an exercise before engaging in it, and I skip a lot. If you are checking your blood pressure immediately after skipping, it will be high due to increased rate of work the heart does to get blood pumped to the muscles. However, it should be temporary and return to normal. Many studies prove that jumping rope actually helps lower blood pressure, as one of its benefit. But the above may not hold true where there is another medical condition. You should seek medical advice if you experience signs that contradicts the above.
Drinking water has nothing to do with skin hydration, while it helps with overall health benefits it has not been proven to have any skin benefits!! It’s only a myth! If u have dehydrated skin get hydrating skincare products… Off course lifestyle plays an important role in your skincare journey, but Skincare Products are not underrated and not useless!!
@@blessingnwankwo1656 like I said drinking water has nothing to do with skin hydration!! Drinking water has great health benefits but has nothing to do with ur skin concerns! Do research before coming to argue blindly.
Actually... Healthy glow comes first from inside out.
Thanks Dr.

Me I jump rope oh. Averagely 4x a week and I am fine! The only thing now is that I am not a doctor so let’s wait for his reply.

@@cygwanfogbe246 Thanks a lot. I read from few sources that skipping is not good for people that suffer high blood pressure.
@@LadeTayo-si9tb Really appreciated. I am just unsure due to my findings from some sources that it is not good for people with high blood pressure.
@@goodofAllConfidenceI see. If that’s the case, please ensure you get medical clearance before you decide to skip. Stay healthy.

I respectfully disagree in the area of drinking water...it sure does have great benefits
See natural skincare practitioners making crazy assertions that can be easily disproved. God help people.
