Berto Made it! -Iron Man MK3 3D Print Helmet Cosplay/Prop (Part 3)

Hi guys! This is part 3 of my Iron Man MK3 3D printed helmet! In the last video we ended by covering the helmet parts in wood filler. This time we are sanding it down, covering it in sandable primer and repeating that over and over. We are also plastic welding the parts together. For part 4 we are finishing up with sanding and finally painting, so stick around for next time! Leave any comments if you've made this file before and have any suggestions or questions!

Did you have any issues with the small back piece fitment mines coming up short as far as meeting in the dudes of the biggest printed skull piece

My back piece seems to come up a bit short did you need to resize the back any? Everything else fits nice and tight

Nope, I just printed everything at 100% and it all fit. Unless you changed the scale on anything but if it’s the same then it should go together

You prefer wood feeler over a body feeler?

I’ve only ever used the wood filler, I’ve heard good things about Bondo car filler but I don’t want to deal with the chemical smell.
