I played that version as well on my DS all the time! What's strange though is that it's the only version where the HUD is above everything. Though it's probably because of the small screen size.
I loved the arcade & GBA versions of Pac - Man Arrangement when they came out. But man the current version is bad with the awful 3D models and no 5th ghost. What was Namco thinking??
I always remember playing this game on the GC and going through 50 lives just to get to the boss as a kid cuz I had no patience lmao. Nice graphics and music, really liked the inclusion of Kinky and the ghost’s special powers. Wish they made more games kinda like this.
The PS2/XBox/GameCube version is the same as the Arcade version, but the music is a little "high-pitched". Same thing goes to the Gameboy Advance version, but the sound is downgraded. The PSP version is somewhat different than the Arcade version except everything is different. Windows/Steam/Playstation 3/Xbox 360 version is the same as the PSP version.
6:16 I used to have that Namco Museum compilation on my PS2 and I would always play Dig Dug Arrangement on it all the time. Along with Pac-Man Arrangement. Ah, the memories of my earlier childhood.
The best legal way to play this is on Wii U. It’s on the e-Shop under “Pac-Man Collection”. It’s the GBA version which frankly only second to the Arcade.
I don't know why they decided to pitch up the sound in the game when it was ported to "Pac-Man Collection" on Gameboy Advance, and "Namco Museum" on PS2, Xbox, and Gamecube. They also did the same thing to Dig Dug Arrangement in Namco Museum.
That happens sometimes with music. I've seen it in other places too, like, there are songs from movies that get dubbed in other languages, and for some reason they're pitched up, or intros from TV shows that are pitched up, or even other games like this where they get pitched up when they get moved or dubbed or whatever. I don't get why either, but I kinda like it sometimes because it makes the music sound a bit different, like a remix kinda.
I remember playing pacman arrangements on my pacman collections game on the game boy advance ps and an old Xbox 360 Nampo meuseum game from 2009? that probably dosent exsist anymore lol
Pac-Man Arrangement ('96) Namco Classic Collection Vol. 2 (Arcade): Original Namco Museum (PS2, GameCube): Nerfed Music Pac-Man Collection (GBA): same as PS2/GameCube ver., but music is Nerfed even more (expected on GBA) Pac-Man Arrangement ('05) Namco Museum Battle Collection (PSP): Original, everything in it (multiplayer features, difficulty options) What you forgot: Namco Museum Virtual Arcade (Xbox 360): Locked on Hard difficulty...?, raised game speed, multiplayer features removed What you forgot: Pac-Man Remix (iOS 6 and below): everything nerfed, multiplayer features removed Pac-Man Museum (PC, PS3, Xbox 360): Saturated graphics, Some of the Bosses' AI are ******, multiplayer features removed
Random Videos By plaindinks Late comment but Namco Classic Collection Vol. 2 (and I believe Vol. 1 as well) are known to not emulate properly on MAME. Not sure if that’s been fixed recently.
2005 versions of arrangement games are OKAY, but don't hold a candle to the 90s-2002 versions. Namco should rebrand the PSP arrangment games to avoid confusion, and then bring back the arcade versions of the arrangement titles.
yeah one problem you forgot to do the japanese version of pac man arrangement called "pac man arrangement +" also on psp (unless you were using actually console hardware then never mind)
My preference number of worlds would be ten from zero to nine, which world zero has two levels, and each world from one to nine has four levels, totaling thirty-nine rounds if round thirty-nine is the final boss round battle.
I'd just like to point out level 1 of Pac-Man Arrangement is designed to be super easy? As in... the pellets are in a path that you can just follow. It's very unlikely a ghost will actually touch you if you just follow the path.
Was hoping you'd include Pac Man Arrangement Plus on Namco Museum 2 for the PSP. Curious how it's different than the normal one on Namco Museum Battle Collection.
I would post a link to the video on Pac-Man Arrangement Plus, but I can't, or else my comment will be marked as spam. So instead, copy this and search for it on RUclips: パックマン アレンジメント+ The user who uploaded the footage is 49INFINITY.
Unfun fact: In all (but PSP) versions, after continuing, you lose all your points. Also, There is only one 1-up (by score, can also be changed in the GBA version), which is at 40k.
What's the difference between Ps2/Xbox and GameCube? The only difference I notice is that they used the better drums of the GBA version in the Grass World
the gamecube version of namco museam is the same as the ps2 and xbox versions but it does inquld a big if you try and play it on dolphan all music would stop playing after a while
Do Circus Charlie please. That game is a huge inside joke between my friends and I, so I would love it if you could compare the 6 or 7 different versions. It shouldn't be too difficult. Do it in the name of friendship! :)
Played the Gamecube version a bit today, along with varios Championships and Ms. Pac-Man's. The Gamecube version looks washed out on an LCD screen, the reds bleed color, but for my money it's the only way I play it because of how good the GameCube analog stick is. Seriously, the Xbox and Sony sticks are so clunky by comparison, even an actual arcade stick at the arcade doesn't compare to the precision.
Namco needs to release an arrangement collection at some point, with all the arrangement games...
I'd buy it.
Maybe not me. I'm not a gamer
WakkoWarner123 ,
WakkoWarner123 me to I loved playing this and dig dug and Galaga arrangement
All six of them? That would be cool!
WakkoWarner123 I'd play the heck out of Namco Museum Arrangement Edition
Only in Japan could they call a game character " Kinky " ;-)
Yea
Kinky wasn't even called that in Japan, is the most hilarious bit.
Keiya Bachhuber xD what was he called
The Pumpking King da fuq
Keiya Yeah, what was he called?
I'm so glad you played the GBA version to the second maze. The music for it is just kick-ass.
Amen
I played that version as well on my DS all the time! What's strange though is that it's the only version where the HUD is above everything. Though it's probably because of the small screen size.
the older one is better, kinky made it the best part about it. I hope they make an arrangement gamepack, though, with all the arrangement games.
Ultragamer564 yes
you that guy from discord?
@@santaclauds6331 Yeah I guess? What discord server did you see me on?
I wish namco museum for PS2 had rally x arrangement, and mappy arrangement.
12:48 Ahh! Two Headed Ghost!
Ryan Joseph William Mayleas lol
*sees PSP version*

MistaMaddog247 IKR
the 3d models was because of the hardware it runs and the extra stuff like the Pills and Kinky was the same reason
Also VARIETY
MistaMaddog247 what??
@TheBrodsterBoy XD
I kinda grew up with both the og one (main the GBA one) & the newer one.
I always remember playing this game on the GC and going through 50 lives just to get to the boss as a kid cuz I had no patience lmao. Nice graphics and music, really liked the inclusion of Kinky and the ghost’s special powers. Wish they made more games kinda like this.
1:12 They switched Blinky and Clyde.
I feel like that is a common mistake they make with those two in a lot of games.
The music is SO FRIKIN’ HOT!
Of course Kinky would jump on the other ghosts. I'd expect nothing else.
I love the Gameboy Advance version
Me too
GameCube one is the best
The PS2/XBox/GameCube version is the same as the Arcade version, but the music is a little "high-pitched".

the psp and pac man museam versions are just the pac man remix moble game
But on the GC the level clear is the same
It in pac man museum plus
6:16 I used to have that Namco Museum compilation on my PS2 and I would always play Dig Dug Arrangement on it all the time. Along with Pac-Man Arrangement. Ah, the memories of my earlier childhood.
All Access Gaming I did to but I lost my copy
All Access Gaming
I still have it
Same but on PSP
I laughed on 8:52:21
Same But On Xbox 360
I grew up with the Namco Museum Xbox and GBA versions.

Happy 25th Anniversary, Pac-Man Arrangement (in the US, today, anyway)!
FUCK YEAH! I've seriously been waiting for a few years for you to make this!
The best legal way to play this is on Wii U. It’s on the e-Shop under “Pac-Man Collection”. It’s the GBA version which frankly only second to the Arcade.
The PSP version was also ported to iOS under the name "Pac-Man Remix", but got taken off the App Store years ago.
My favorite Pac-Man game of them all
1:12
Am I the only one who noticed that Clyde and blinky's names are in the wrong places?
I don't know why they decided to pitch up the sound in the game when it was ported to "Pac-Man Collection" on Gameboy Advance, and "Namco Museum" on PS2, Xbox, and Gamecube. They also did the same thing to Dig Dug Arrangement in Namco Museum.

The Toontastic Toon I believe they just thought it sounded better pitched up. It definitely sounds more cheery in a higher pitch.
@@nerples1149 😒Funny cause usually I think the same thing😆
Let's face it, the newer version doesn't even compare to the original arcade version.
The arcade version looks really different to how i exepted...to the sound and music...
The music on the arcade version on this video is messed up for some reason
I remember playing pacman arrangements on my pacman collections game on the game boy advance ps and an old Xbox 360 Nampo meuseum game from 2009? that probably dosent exsist anymore lol
this completely makes me want to eat cheese!
Lol
What
Pac-Man Arrangement ('96)
Namco Classic Collection Vol. 2 (Arcade): Original
Namco Museum (PS2, GameCube): Nerfed Music
Pac-Man Collection (GBA): same as PS2/GameCube ver., but music is Nerfed even more (expected on GBA)
Pac-Man Arrangement ('05)
Namco Museum Battle Collection (PSP): Original, everything in it (multiplayer features, difficulty options)
What you forgot: Namco Museum Virtual Arcade (Xbox 360): Locked on Hard difficulty...?, raised game speed, multiplayer features removed

Pac-Man Museum (PC, PS3, Xbox 360): Saturated graphics, Some of the Bosses' AI are ******, multiplayer features removed
WE HAVE THE 5TH GHOST
Kinky... U WOT M8

It has been fixed.
Namco is releasing pac man museum + for Nintendo Switch which includes both versions of PAC man arrangement
I love the tab port, I own it, I never noticed the bottom most ghost is named "Kinky" I love my life
I played this on the PS2 at my dentist.
I beated it on the GBA
the 2d games i feel nostalgic but when i see the 3d games i'm all like "THIS IS NOT MY CHILD".
Tbh i personally enjoyed the gba version the most. There's something interesting about not being able to see the entire maze at once
hello childhood
2005 versions of arrangement games are OKAY, but don't hold a candle to the 90s-2002 versions. Namco should rebrand the PSP arrangment games to avoid confusion, and then bring back the arcade versions of the arrangement titles.
The 3D Pac-Man Arrangement was also released on iOS under the title "Pac-Man Remix"
1:36 Pitch from Sound of the Fruit Appearing is Lowering down
As much as I love the Pac-Man series, I don't care much for the Blinky and Clyde name error in most of the Pac-Man games.
Well finally I always wish you made a video about pac man arrangement
WOO My favorite game!
Lets compare EA's Strike trilogy (Jungle,Desert,Urban)
12:12 oh yes i know this you emulator on windows 7 and i know the aero glass for windows
FYI, theres another version for the PSP included as part of the Japanese Exclusive Namco Museum 2
I was thinking of let's compare dig dug II (dig dug 2). if you don't know what that is, its the sequel to dig dug.
nicecollin oficcial!!!!!! it ruined the original dig dug
is that the ds game that has a strange above ground part with cracking the ground to make pieces of it fall into the sea
OF COURSE! I LOVE PAC MAN MUSEUM, I PLAY IT TO!!!
Arcade version is my favorite
i'd do the first maze differently, who here besides me done the maze from left to right?
Everything after the GameCube was trash
Woah! You took my suggestion! :o
It was a simple request to do. Enjoy it ! :)
Can you compare rayystorm please

Kinky is the name of the ghost with glasses
The Pac man collection is my childhood
Okay, that was a brilliantly conceived boss fight.
I got a Pac-Man ad before this vid!
My partner network handles the ads. :)
What was the PAC man ad?
BirdsofDestiny idk I think it was like a shampoo product or something
The ps2 and And the psp version were awesome
I used to play the modern version on my iPod all the time (there it was called Pac-Man Remix (which is no longer available)); ah the memories. ^_^
Gooood times.
ouch, that sound emulation error on the arcade one... I believe a recent update may have fixed that.
I'd just like to point out level 1 of Pac-Man Arrangement is designed to be super easy? As in... the pellets are in a path that you can just follow. It's very unlikely a ghost will actually touch you if you just follow the path.
11:50 The game at this point became known as “Pac-Man Remix”
@Amir Smith-Mr. Smith 222 Probably to differentiate it from the 1996 Arrangement version.
Personally, I like the PS2 version as the Songs are more upbeat.
Great game

there was a mobile version titled "PAC-MAN Remix".
Why did they include the PSP version in the Pac-Man collection...
I mean come on, I like the arcade version more.
GC & Arcade version are the best, PSP & PS3/XBOX360 are the worst.
@Toriarm looked at the final boss.......not as cool as the original boss
I agree.
Wow this pacman game looks like original VER oh yeah
